NEW Mediterranean studio apartment

This apartment is inspired by Mediterranean vibes and has an big terrace door that gives the apartment a bright light throughout the day. The living room area is decorated with a fireplace that at the moment is not active yet. The rooms don’t have doors and are all connected in one big spacious studio apartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Fresh towels and basic bath essentials are provided. In front of the apartment there is a terrace that is a shared space with other apartment.

The building is practically the only "new" one in recent times surrounded by gorgeous classics and lovely green parks on both sides with the bigger city park just a few steps away. The apartment itself is super bright with huge windows which gives you the feeling that you're living outside among the trees. It's a truly comfortable place and even offers private parking a lift ride a few floors lower :)

"Old City Center" Residence

The apartment lies in the old city center of Maribor. The location is very peaceful, quiet and there is also a beautiful terrace on which you can relax in every season of the year. The apartment is newly renovated and modernly decorated. Due to its location in the pedestrian zone there is no parking space directly in front of the apartment, however there is a payable parking lot called Slomškov trg, for which you can look up the prices and free parking hours on Acess for Guests.

Cosy Home Base

It is a perfect place to stay in a peaceful neighbourhood close to forests and fields with beautiful sunsets. You will be greeted by friendly, experienced hosts who are always happy to help you. Allow yourself to have a bit of fun playing board games, which are a few amongst many of our proud collection, visit Maribor by car, bus or bike or take some time off and relax. Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
