Next to the house is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

Our apartment is located between Göttingen and Duderstadt, near the Harz Mountains with many outdoor possibilities. Our renovated approx. 45 sqm basement apartment is located in a quiet detached house in Weende-Nord with parking in front of the house. The apartment is about 5 km from the centre. The city bus stops outside our door. The clinic and the university are easily accessible. A longer rental period is possible. Since we had 2x permanent tenants over several months last year, the Superhost status is currently not met due to the assessment criteria. Internet access: 100 MBits.

Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

Family Waldkauz's guest house in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.

You will move into a granny apartment with bathroom and kitchenette in my house in a quiet location on the outer city wall. A fully automatic coffee machine, a microwave, a Dominokochfeld and a fridge with freezer compartment are part of the kitchen equipment as well as dishes for up to 6 people. The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.

In this accommodation, you will find an adventure playground right next to the holiday home. While the children play freely, family members can relax on the terrace or enjoy their time in the sauna or pool. The natural swimming pond is just a three-minute walk away, and the Harz mountains can be reached in less than half an hour.

The annex is in a prime location in the Göttingen Ostviertel. A supermarket, a pharmacy and various restaurants are within 3 minutes' walk. The city center is walking distance in about 7 minutes, the train station in about 15 minutes! Many faculties of the university are also very close.

My small Pony Pension is located directly on the Way of St. James It is no accomodation for working people. . You look in the green and on horse pastures. Own animals in the apartment are not allowed. if you stay as a pillgrim we can talk about the price.

Come in stay in this cozy well equipped room. The house is only 2.5 km from the city centre and the suburb has got a very good infrastructure and bus connection. The near by forest can be reached in a few minutes by food.
