Dimora da sogno (Nicola - I - (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) “Villa Dolce” è un’abitazione di grandi dimensioni e pregio architettonico, immersa in un parco molto ampio nel "cuore della zona del Prosecco" a soli 45 minuti d'auto da Venezia e 60 minuti da Cortina D'Ampezzo. Una dimora calda e accogliente disposta su tre piani, accuratamente arredati: la Location ideale per trascorrere momenti di relax ed una vacanze da sogno. L'alloggio: A disposizione avrete 1 camera tripla, 2 camere doppie, ciascuna con bagno, completo di vasca o doccia, lavabo, bidet, 1 altra camera con letto "alla francese" e servizio WC, soggiorno con caminetto in stile Luigi XV, sala da pranzo, salone divertimenti, cucina, MANSARDA con aria condizionata, caminetto e salotto. L'aria condizionata è presente solo in mansarda in quanto nel resto della casa la temperatura è piacevolmente fresca grazie alle dimensioni degli ambienti ed alla loro conformazione strutturale. In giardino: disporrete di un meraviglioso parco con alberi monumentali che vi consentirà anche di pranzare all'aria aperta o semplicemente di leggervi un buon libro, seduti in una comoda sdraio, mentre i vostri bambini giocano in piena serenità. Servizio WC diviso Uomo-Donna Dependance: All'interno della dependance troverete un caminetto dove poter "cucinare alla griglia" ( barbecue ) e trascorrere piacevoli serate, seduti a tavola, in pieno relax; cuoco a disposizione su richiesta. Informazioni: La struttura si trova al centro della zona del Prosecco D.O.C.G. e si dimostra particolarmente comoda per raggiungere Venezia, che dista 45 minuti di strada, o Cortina d'Ampezzo che è a 60 minuti.
