Check-in and Check-out times will be previously arranged. We are always flexible, trying to accommodate guests' arriving and departing times. Walking is the best option, especially since there is so much to see and explore in Condesa and other nearby neighborhoods, like Roma. All main public transportation is just a block away. The metro line that stops here, Chapultepec stop, takes you straight to the city center. If you prefer riding by car, Uber is always the most efficient, and quite cheap, option. We also have a great, trusted driver that offers transportation services to places like Teitihuacán, where you can see the magnificent Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon.

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

Our beautiful apartment floats over the dense trees of La Condesa´s most beautiful and quiet street, in a stylish modernist building designed by Javier Sanchez, one of the best and famous architects of Mexico. The sunlight floods the apartment the whole day, and you can enjoy the sunset on our wonderful private terrace. It has Scandinavian style furniture and ornaments with the Mexican touch, and our amazing and private terrace.

Our loft, Xoxotic (green in Nahuatl), is located only a few blocks away from Condesa and Roma Norte, two of the “it” neighborhoods in the City, where you can find lovely cafés and bakeries, art galleries, indie boutiques, and some of the best restaurants in Latin America. The loft is on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you have to use stairs to get there.
