On the ground floor of our house, our entrances are opposite: you are quiet, but we are there if necessary. You will find books and films made here and elsewhere, and works of art on the walls: we are also publishers... Eco-friendly gîte (phyto-purification, organic garden, chickens, recycling...)

Warm and comfortable house, located altitude 500m, 150m from the owner's house, composed of, 1 room with a double bed, another with a double bed and 2 single beds, equipped kitchen with wood stove, living room with fireplace, and 1 bathroom. Many activities nearby: hiking, mountain biking, climbing, swimming in the river, Omblèze gorges, Gervanne, Drôme, Roanne...

Gite du Rocher 1 – Vercors

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

The accommodation features a private terrace and a large park shared with the property's residents. In the summer, you will enjoy the comfort of air conditioning and a garden lounge area. If you are coming as a family with your baby, we have all the necessary equipment (crib, bathtub, play mat, baby bouncer, etc.). The cottage is located a 10-minute walk from the center of Die and a 5-minute walk from the train station. We also provide bicycles for guests.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.

Charming 45 m2 cottage completely renovated, all comfort, in an old farmhouse, 5 minutes (by car) from Lake Monteynard, 25 minutes from Grenoble and 25 minutes from the first ski resort. 4-star rating for 2 people. Very quiet environment, very nice view, many hikes (Himalayan walkways) and water activities in season. We speak English (a little).

Summer Morning gîte at the foot of Vercors (Drome)

Family-friendly activities, walks, discovering the flora and fauna... You'll love my place for the comfort and the view. My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups, open year-round. Playground (bocce ball court and children's playground) near the cottage.

Conducive to relaxation and/or concentration, this accommodation consists of an entrance, a large bedroom, a living room/kitchen/dining room and a bathroom. Its windows overlook a garden. Although located in the center of the historic city, it is quiet and bright.

Le Hameau de Truchard is less than 3 km from Die. This master's house (18th century) is part of a farmhouse. The property covers 8 ha of meadows and woods. It's a quiet and pleasant place. The private access road is only used by the postman.
