Gite du Rocher 1 – Vercors

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

The Greatest Outdoors Gîte de la Scie

The accommodation is arranged around a large living room, very bright thanks to its veranda, and an equipped kitchen area. Above, the mezzanine. The bedroom can accommodate up to 3 people thanks to a double bed (160 cm or 2 beds of 80 cm) and a single loft bed (90 cm). The shower room and toilet open onto a beautiful rounded corridor in old stones. A dressing room allows you to store all your belongings. Let's not forget the small terrace in the shade of the large willow.

The accommodation features a private terrace and a large park shared with the property's residents. In the summer, you will enjoy the comfort of air conditioning and a garden lounge area. If you are coming as a family with your baby, we have all the necessary equipment (crib, bathtub, play mat, baby bouncer, etc.). We will be happy to welcome you to a village house on 2 levels (1st, 2nd), combining modern comfort and the charm of antique objects. Under the Glandasse mountain, start of walks or hikes through the vineyards, Noyers, or in the mountains. 45 m² cottage/furnished tourist accommodation: 3 stars for 4 people. 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds). Beds are made on arrival, towels included, as well as the big departure cleaning.
