Bienvenue au Gîte Sous les pins, en Drôme Provençale, entre campagne et foret. Ce gite climatisé de 70m2 se compose d'une grande pièce de vie avec cuisine équipée, lave vaisselle, réfrigérateur congélateur, four, etc... Vous aurez une salle de bain avec baignoire ainsi qu'un WC séparé. Les 2 chambres avec vue sur le parc arboré sont équipées de rangement et penderie, un canapé lit 2 personnes pourra servir de couchage supplémentaire. Terrasse privative de 50m2 avec jacuzzi (2 nuits minimum )

Petite maison chaleureuse, toute équipée et climatisée avec jacuzzi extérieur. 2 terrasses, invite aux petits-déjeuners pour l'une, avec accès direct à la cuisine et l'autre a la sieste, plus spacieuse accessible par la suite parentale avec espace jacuzzi. 2 chambres : une suite parentale avec douche à l'italienne et une chambre avec lit 2 places en 140 et 1 lit 1 place 90 cm en mezzanine Ménage inclus, état correct exigé. Draps et serviettes fournis.

Notre maison d'hôte s'appelle : la ferme saint pierre Drôme. Il y a votre gite et 2 suites de 50 m2. C'est situé dans l'ancienne ferme magnifique du 18e siecle. Votre gîte de 50m2, est complètement autonome ; Vous disposez aussi d'un espace sous une tonnelle pour déjeuner dehors. La piscine vous est accessible, dans un magnifique jardin avec vue sur le Vercors. Des ballades à pieds en sortant et sur le Vercors à 10 mn. Centre village à quelques minutes et gare tgv à 15mn.

We welcome you to "La Coustiero" in our wonderful old village of Sauzet at the foot of the church, which will offer you a panorama ranging from the 3 peaks to Mont Ventoux. This peaceful accommodation consists of a queen size bed as well as a sofa bed for one person (or 2 children), a beautiful bathroom and a living room/kitchen area. Close to all amenities (bakery, butcher, supermarket, tobacco...) and 10 minutes from Montélimar. You can also enjoy many hikes.
