Great house with its own quay and boathouse. The property also has its own outdoor sauna. Lots of equipment that can be used such as bicycles, pizza oven in the boathouse, fire pan by the lake, including a boat (6 hp). The house is otherwise fully equipped with everything you need. Short distance to Molde, the Atlantic Road, Trollstigen and Geiranger. Here you will find peace and a good atmosphere for everyone. Good parking space. We have two other boats that can be rented. One is a 16-foot with 25 hp and the other is a 17-foot Buster X bowrider with 70 hp. See pictures

Charming and rustic barn by the fjord

Welcome to a newly renovated apartment in a charming barn from the 1890s in the heart of Skålvikfjorden. A perfect starting point for forest and mountain trips. Kayak, canoe and SUP can be rented just 100 m away. A small dinghy can also be rented for quiet trips on the fjord. Two bicycles are ready for lending, and a floating sauna raft is also just nearby! The climbing park Høyt & Lavt on Valsøya is about 30 min away by car, and the nearest grocery store can be found at Halsa Fergekai, about 6 km away.

Saltbulåven- Ny båt til 2027

Ny stor båt til sesongen 2027. Stedet er registrert som turfiskebedrift. Her kan du slappe av eller være aktiv. Nyte naturen med turer på fjellet i nærområdet, både på ski og føtter. Dra ut på sjøen med kajakker eller båt. Ta deg en biltur til Åndalsnes, Trollstigen, Ålesund eller Molde. Komme hjem og nyte kvelden med god mat på grillen og kos rundt bålpannen. Badestampen står klar for å myke opp etter dagens aktivitet. (400 kroner i leie pr dag) Stedet ligger like ved E136.

My cottage is located in a beautiful area ideal for spectacular hiking, skiing, fishing(there is a small (tiny) boat available), kayaking, SUP-boarding, yoga and all kinds of recreational activities. I also have a new wood fired sauna available right at the beach. Fantastisk sommerhus ved sjøen. Oppvarmet basseng, utendørs boblebad, 2 havkajakker, fiskeutstyr. Dette er plassen for familier som virkelig vil kose seg. Naust rett ved huset. Masse uteplass. Skyvetak på bassenget, så kan brukes og ved dårlig vær. Holder 27 grader. Fiske i sjøen utenfor huset er veldig bra. Og en liten lakseelv 500 meter fra huset. Nytt- Kan leie båt. Notholmen Private Island with rowing boat

Notholmen Island is a secluded place outside the small village of Vikan. You are at one of the most unique costal areas of Norway along the Atlantic road. Notholmen was a reception centre for fish in its early years and is now our family's paradise. We are happy to share the unique place with others when not in use. Minimum stay of three nights. Guests have access to a rowing boat. Sheets is ordered for 150 nok p/ pers. There is only out-door toilet.
