You live within walking distance to the fast boat dock and it takes only 10 minutes until you are in the center of Ålesund. Short distance to Langevåg city center where you will find Devoldfabrikken with outlet stores, café, and artisans. There is electric car charging. Proximity to sports facilities, outdoor park and hiking trail. And you have Sulafjellet not far away with a built up mountain trail and many different hiking destinations. Excellent starting point for day trips throughout the region.

Urke in Hjørundfjorden - cabin by the lake

Here you can fish from your own dock, swim in the fjord and enjoy fantastic mountain hikes right outside the door, with Saksa, Slogen and Urkeegga as popular hiking destinations. The village has a convenience store, a garden center and its own pub/cafe. Try Fjordbu Sauna, explore Norangsdalen and Øye, or just enjoy the tranquility, the fjord and the beautiful nature. Perfect for both active people and those seeking tranquility year-round, with a short distance to both fjords and mountains.

Pleasant house with sauna outside, boat, private quay and boathouse

Great house with its own quay and boathouse. The property also has its own outdoor sauna. Lots of equipment that can be used such as bicycles, pizza oven in the boathouse, fire pan by the lake, including a boat (6 hp). The house is otherwise fully equipped with everything you need. Short distance to Molde, the Atlantic Road, Trollstigen and Geiranger. Here you will find peace and a good atmosphere for everyone. Good parking space. We have two other boats that can be rented. One is a 16-foot with 25 hp and the other is a 17-foot Buster X bowrider with 70 hp. See pictures

One bedroom with a double bed, and a large sofa bed in the loft/TV room. Tiled bathroom by bedroom. The basement has a double door, a view of the fjord, and its own toilet/laundry room and refrigerator/freezer.

Saltbulåven - New boat by 2027

New large boat for the 2027 season. The place is registered as a commercial fishing business. Here you can relax or be active. Enjoy nature with hikes in the mountains in the immediate area, both on skis and on foot. Go out on the sea with kayaks or a boat. Take a drive to Åndalsnes, Trollstigen, Ålesund or Molde. Come home and enjoy the evening with great food on the grill and relax around the campfire. The hot tub is ready to relax in after the day's activity. (NOK 400 rental fee per day) The place is located close to the E136.

Aasengard The farm on the hill

Aasengard is located high and free in the middle of a great cultural landscape surrounded by wild mountains. The farm borders the Geirangerfjord which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The farm is located in the middle of a great network for hiking. There are no animals on the farm. There are also many great mountain hiking opportunities nearby. Kvitegga, Bleia, Hornindalsrokken, Saksa and Slogen are mountains that are relevant both for skiing and hiking. Salmon fishing in Korsbrekkelva can be arranged

Welcome to a newly renovated apartment in a charming barn from the 1890s in the heart of Skålvikfjorden. A perfect starting point for forest and mountain trips.
