Pleasant house with sauna outside, boat, private quay and boathouse

Great house with its own quay and boathouse. The property also has its own outdoor sauna. Lots of equipment that can be used such as bicycles, pizza oven in the boathouse, fire pan by the lake, including a boat (6 hp). The house is otherwise fully equipped with everything you need. Short distance to Molde, the Atlantic Road, Trollstigen and Geiranger. Here you will find peace and a good atmosphere for everyone. Good parking space. We have two other boats that can be rented. One is a 16-foot with 25 hp and the other is a 17-foot Buster X bowrider with 70 hp. See pictures

Saltbulåven - New boat for 2027

New large boat for the 2027 season. The place is registered as a commercial fishing business. Here you can relax or be active. Enjoy nature with hikes in the mountains in the immediate area, both on skis and on foot. Go out on the sea with kayaks or a boat. Take a drive to Åndalsnes, Trollstigen, Ålesund or Molde. Come home and enjoy the evening with great food on the grill and relax around the campfire. The hot tub is ready to relax in after the day's activity. Aasengard The farm on the hill

Aasengard is located high and free in the middle of a great cultural landscape surrounded by wild mountains. The farm borders the Geirangerfjord which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The farm is located in the middle of a great network for hiking. There are no animals on the farm. There are also many great mountain hiking opportunities nearby. Kvitegga, Bleia, Hornindalsrokken, Saksa and Slogen are mountains that are relevant both for skiing and hiking. Salmon fishing in Korsbrekkelva can be arranged
