The old firehouse that's rigged for late-night hours with a live fire in the fireplace is an experience in itself. There is a sauna that can be enjoyed. The place is remotely located and is close to the sea. There is a private beach that is unashamedly located. There are opportunities to meet the animals in a modern farm that is right next door.

Eller du kan bare sitte på verandaen å nyte utsikten og se cruisebåtene seile forbi. Villa er et perfekt utgangspunkt for toppturer i vakre Rauma.

Huset er totalrenovert i 2023. Tømmerveggene er fra 1600-tallet og noe er bevart innvendig. Boarealet er 100m2 og inneholder tre soverom, tre bad og et stort kjøkken/allrom. Fra allrommet er det utgang til delvis overbygd terrasse på 24m2. Soverom 3 har egen terrasse under tak. Gratis parkeringsplass til mange biler og 7KW lader for elbil. Det er 200m til offentlig badestrand og leikeplass. Et utmerket sted for avslapning og dagsutflukter. Vertskapet bor i nabohuset og er gjerne behjelpelig.

The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and spacious common areas were you may enjoy a lovely evening by the fireplace, a nice dinner or just let the magnificent view take your breath away. In summer time the outdoor pool is available.The pool is currently closed
