Really nice and immaculately clean and orderly house in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. Good views on the lake, a nice trampoline for the kids, and a cat so beautiful that my girls wanted to take her with us. Very responsive and nice communication. Unrestricted recommendable. P.S. do switch off translation in the Airbnb messages to retrieve the correct WLAN name, it will otherwise be translated to “ant”…

We had a fantastic stay at Nordic Villa Retreat, and would have liked to stay here longer! The villa was absolutely beautiful - modern, clean and with everything we could wish for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Delightful with such short distances, with the sea nearby, beautiful hiking areas in abundance and at the same time only 10 minutes away from beautiful Ålesund city center. The host Frank Victor was very nice and welcoming, and responded quickly when we asked about something. We felt warmly welcomed, and everything was well organized. PS! A nice surprise was the Netflix projector in the ceiling of the master bedroom. A small detail, but it lifted the experience even further :) We highly recommend both the place and the hosts!

Loved the great lighting in the house, it was spotless clean and the kitchen had everything including coffee. Nice extra touch with a block of brown cheese and fresh bread. Would love to come back

One of the most beautiful Airbnb views we have ever had. The house is on a strait so you get different ocean and fjord views from the front and the back. In the night we could see cruise ships passing by. The neighborhood is quite and peaceful and only a 25 min drive from Alesund. House has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay and hosts are the friendliest wonderfully welcoming. We are booking this place again on our next visit and telling all our friends and family to do the same

The place is exceptionally beautiful. We didn’t want to leave the house and go around as the view was phenomenal from our living room. The house is 10 mins drive from main city which was perfect setting for peaceful stay. It has a nice garden and plenty outdoor space for kids to play. The living room and kitchen are huge and loaded with all amenities, the beds are comfortable. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. I’d recommend this place 100 percent .

Beautiful location right on the sea

It’s beautiful, well decorated, and crystal clean house. It’s located on a side of a stunning lake that will hold you from exploring stryn, since the house located in mind blowing location . The host prepared differing setting area that have different views. Strongly recommend the place for large group travelers. The hosts were extremely responsive, proactive and did their best to make our stay pleasant. Many thanks to Øystein, Monica and the three boys for sharing their beautiful house. Definitely will stay again if we have a chance to visit stryn
