Great house with its own quay and boathouse. The property also has its own outdoor sauna. Lots of equipment that can be used such as bicycles, pizza oven in the boathouse, fire pan by the lake, including a boat (6 hp). The house is otherwise fully equipped with everything you need. Short distance to Molde, the Atlantic Road, Trollstigen and Geiranger. Here you will find peace and a good atmosphere for everyone. Good parking space. We have two other boats that can be rented. Quiet, peaceful, with stunning views of fjords and mountains, 10 m from the waterfront. 70 m2 plus a large room on the jetty level. Unique layout, large window surfaces, and multi-level rooms. One bedroom with a double bed, and a large sofa bed in the loft/TV room. Tiled bathroom by bedroom. The basement has a double door, a view of the fjord, and its own toilet/laundry room and refrigerator/freezer.

New large boat for the 2027 season. The place is registered as a commercial fishing business. Here you can relax or be active. Enjoy nature with hikes in the mountains in the immediate area, both on skis and on foot. Go out on the sea with kayaks or a boat. Take a drive to Åndalsnes, Trollstigen, Ålesund or Molde. Come home and enjoy the evening with great food on the grill and relax around the campfire. The hot tub is ready to relax in after the day's activity. Parking right by the cabin. 20 minutes from the Sæterlia alpine center and cross-country skiing trails.

A whole island for yourself with a cute cabin for two people with the basic necessities and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. You can catch fish, spot eagles and sea-otters, watch the endless sunset and be directly in nature undisturbed by the modern world. A small rowing boat is included.
