We had a pleasant stay in Rome in a quiet area. Fulvia's place was spacious, very clean, very well arranged and equipped, and very comfortable. Fulvia welcomed us very warmly and was always available for us. We'll be back with pleasure at their place. Thank you Fulvia!

Lovely hosts, accommodating and helpful. Responsive and kind, took good care of me and my family. The flat is in a great location, you can’t beat it. The flat is small but has everything you need, and it’s been recently renovated, charming. Would go back to spend more days in this fantastic area.

Communication with our host was excellent! Directions for check in were very clear. She left a big bottle of water, chips and wine for our arrival. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and very stylish and had everything we needed. Great location! Easy walk to all local shops and restaurants and the castle and short drive to the lake.

Antonio is one of the best hosts we have met as he was always friendly and responsive to all our needs. The house was clean and fully equipped with everything. Neighbourhood is quiet, peaceful and always enough space to park your vehicle. Would definitely choose Antionio's place again!

Claudio’s place was perfect for our stay before our cruise. He was super helpful with recommendations in the area and even got us a private driver to pick us up from the airport. He gave clear directions where to go to the cruise port. He also stopped by when we checked in to make sure everything was good for our stay! We would definitely stay again

The place was exactly as listed. The air conditioning felt great after a long day in Rome!! So many great places to eat within walking distance. The community was so friendly and welcoming!

We booked the accommodation for my partner's family who came for our wedding and we couldn't have chosen better: very spacious house, easy entrance, ample free parking outside. We asked for two pairs of keys and they were granted without any problems. In addition, we had asked to have my partner prepared there and have him take some photos, Claudia and her family went even beyond the concept of hospitality by having us find the garden cut and cared for the occasion. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend it to anyone!

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

The house is as beautiful as in the pictures. It is also very pleasant to live in. The large pool is a delight for young and old. The fully fenced grounds are a real plus, our dog was able to explore the premises independently. Everything is done to ensure that visitors have a wonderful vacation. We also took advantage of the olive oil and fresh vegetables brought by the next market gardener. Catharine is a lovely host and very available. We'll be back!

The accommodation was really nice, both outside for its location in the oldest part of Trevignano Romano, and inside with a very cozy decor and respectful of the type of environment. Inside we found all the promised comforts and Host Ambra was really kind and helpful. Definitely recommend

Like many others have said the pictures do not describe how lovely this home is. We had planned to go to Rome for 2 days but we enjoyed our time in Bolsena so much that we extended our trip. We love the area and hope to visit again, it truly was exactly the vacation we hoped for! Thank you!

Calcata alone is worth the trip. Christian's spa is an oasis of relaxation. We spent our honeymoon there and were incredibly surprised, despite the photos, how beautiful this accommodation is. We highly recommend.

We had a really pleasant time in this house! The place is exactly as in the photos, maybe even better: clean, cozy and super quiet. We immediately felt comfortable. The area is convenient for getting around, and the host was very kind, always available for any questions or advice (he also suggested a top restaurant!). The house has everything you need: a comfortable bed, an equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi that works well and also some nice extras like coffee, herbal teas and scented soaps. Another plus: you can leave the property by 12 noon, which is super convenient, especially if you want to sleep a little longer or do things at a leisurely pace before you leave. In short, highly recommended! If we come back to this area, we already know where to book

Andrea is a very friendly and generous host, and it was a lovely stay in Bagnaia. I would recommend having a car; Bagnaia is not as well-connected to public transit as Google Maps suggests it is.

We really liked this apartment. It is new and spotlessly clean. It has comfortable furniture and beds, modern kitchen and baths, lots of natural light. The location is excellent, about a block from the lake in this pretty village. Carlo is a well organized host and provides everthing you need. He responds immediately to any questions. We recommend this apartment without hesitation.

A coffee machine with pods. Upon arrival there was a bottle of natural water and a carbonated water in the refrigerator and several snacks on the table in the living room. BBQ area with a fully stocked kitchen

Roberto was very friendly and helpful, we will be happy to stay in his apartment. We had a 2+2 family there, the most important thing for us was that it was clean and not too hot (stay in August). The kids had fun playing in the garden. The neighborhood is quiet and picturesque, and the climatic town. Recommended! Greetings to Roberto and Pedro :)
