TV with Danish and German channels, fiber internet in the summer months Shared outdoor swimming pool in the summer months, approximately 06/15 to 09/08 Volleyball court, petanque, small soccer field Approximately 350 meters to the sandy beach. Huset ligger ugenert og med en fantastisk udsigt over Listed, Østersøen og Christians Ø. Der er gulvvarme på begge etager, og huset er velegnet til vinterophold. Huset er allergivenligt, og kæledyr ikke tilladt. Opholdet er uden sengelinned, håndklæder etc, men kan bestilles i god tid for 200 DKK per person

The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

Lovely living room and dining room as well as bathroom with bathtub. In addition, there is a patio with a covered terrace and a large garden with trampoline. The house is 3 km from the most beautiful beach and also close to shopping.
