Absolutely loved our stay! It was the perfect location for our girls weekend, check in was so easy and Karine was very generous to let us leave our bags once we’d checked out so we could enjoy our final day before our flight home. The location is perfect with everything on your doorstep and the apartment is gorgeous and an amazing use of space - it felt very spacious for the 6 of us. Will definitely recommend to friends looking to stay in the area!

Greg’s apartment was exactly as it looks in the pictures. We had a great stay and appreciated how close it was to the tram, making it easy to get anywhere and proximity to the beach was a plus. We loved that this place was on the less busy part of the boardwalk, so when we came back at the end of the day it was very peaceful. Would absolutely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

Convenient location to go to the supermarket, and leave directly on the highway, private parking is a very good thing in this area. Nice, clean apartment, new decor, and kitchen accessories. Guy is always kind and very helpful. Very satisfied.

Kevin was by far the most thoughtful host I’ve experienced throughout different continents and cultures. He took time to show us around the property, recommend local dining spots, point out the grocery store across the street and their hours, and was overall very welcoming. His property was pristine and super peaceful, with direct beach access and a lovely garden view. We will definitely be back!

It should definitely be taken into account in the case of Apricola that by car the chain of accommodation cannot be too close, and walking on the hilly old city streets can be a little tricky. Also, the property has to be considered with steep stairs inside, but the accommodation is great - clean and modern. Also, that every room is air conditioned and the evenings help to furnish Netflix. The only concern we had was with removing the trash - we couldn't find the containers for public use immediately.

My group of 4 enjoyed an 8 day stay at Jen's place in late May. The home is in Cimiez, a pleasant residential area on the hill above Nice. The home is only a 15-minute walk from the beach and offers a quiet and beautiful oasis from the town. The garden is extensive and delightful, much more impressive in person. The main home is spacious and well equipped, and there is also a second smaller home. This worked well for our group of 2 couples. Jen is a very kind and responsive host; you have found a rare gem in the Airbnb world.

We had a wonderful stay at Christophe’s Airbnb — it was the perfect escape from the busy tourist spots along the coast. The house is nestled up in the mountains, which makes it very quiet and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings. There is a charming small village just behind the Airbnb, and it’s also very close to St Paul de Vence, which is lovely to visit. We opted to rent a car, which I highly recommend, as it makes getting around much easier and more convenient — plus, the Airbnb has a parking space available. Christophe was very helpful and even arranged a taxi/private car service for us before we decided to just rent a car. Taking the bus is possible, but it can be a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. One thing to keep in mind: the stairs inside the house are quite steep, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Overall, we loved the tranquility, the nearby village, and Christophe and his wife's warm hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

I received a very warm welcome from Niki’s husband Enrico. It was a very last minute booking but Enrico was still able to wait for me on the main road in the evening to guide me to the apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and has everything you might need (coffee, mosquito nets in the windows to sleep with the windows open and wake up with the sound of birds). It’s a bit remote so the location is beautifully quiet but the road is narrow so best not to come with a big car.

There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. We recently stayed in the apartment Chill&Hill and it was a fantastic one. The apartment was beautiful, clean and tidy. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The pool was lovely and perfect to relax in. Viki was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others!

Our stay with Margarete went as well as we had hoped, offering a prime location for exploring Monaco or getting on a train to explore the French Riviera! Margarete was super responsive, and the apartment had plenty of amenities upon arrival to keep my spouse and I going during the visit. Big thanks to Margarete and would recommend the locale for anyone looking to explore around!

The accommodation really met everything we needed. It was important to have a parking space for the house because we traveled by car. But the closed garage has a very narrow space. If you are hesitant about parking, this process may be challenging for you. I was lucky that my husband was a professional driver. I would recommend that you consider this. Great location of the house. You can walk down to the city center in 13 minutes. It is safe on the main street. The interior of the house is full of wooden decorations and arrangements. The fact that it is wooden causes a little sensitivity in terms of smell. I am a sensitive person, so I notice this. If you're not the type to hang out, that's fine. There is an approach in hotel professionalism. White linens and towels were clean. Only a few places were dusted off :). For the exit process, you must first take your car out of the garage and leave the keys back at the house. This situation is a bit challenging and wastes time. This process takes over 20 minutes, it is not practical.

Fantastic stay for 7 days at Cyril’s place. The photos of the view on the listing really don’t do it justice, we sat watching it for hours! Apartment was very well stocked and the host was very responsive. Short walk to the station and to the town near the beach. Loved it!
