An exclusive house in the very heart of one of France most famous wine village. All the comfort of a stylish contemporary home with the charm of an old village house. Relax in a very private courtyard with a pool, 3 sun decks with partly shaded areas or entertain friends and family around the BBQ area. The interior features a spacious open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and lounge. The first floor comprise a guests bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom and toilet and a kids dorm sleeping 6. A foldable baby cot is also available in the house. On the second floor is a luxurious loft retreat with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a separate toilet and a spacious private terrace overlooking the village and the valley with views of the Mont Ventoux. The house is decorated simply with vintage furniture and quirky pieces. The entire house and studio (depending on the number of guests). My family lives close by and is available to assist our guests with any issue. Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. From the sound of the church bells marking the hour to taking a stroll to the bakery for fresh croissants at breakfast time, soak up village life. totally beautiful and authentic, this 2 bed/4 people ( 2 adults 2 children ) cottage is in the grounds of the Chateau .This cottage has a double bedroom and 2 full sized singles for children The cottage is not for 4 adults We have 3 cottages listed . All completely separate but share a salon and kitchen in the main Chateau . We share the pool and gardens . The Chateau is in the old part of the picturesque village of St Victor la Coste, walking distance to shops and restaurant in the square.

Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

The Mas includes a very quiet air-conditioned 2-room apartment in the middle of the vineyards, not overlooked. 5 minutes from the A9 motorway, this independent 2/3 room apartment with equipped kitchen, large double bed (140cm) and 2-seater sofa bed (160cm) with mattress (19cm). If booked for 5 people, we open an additional connecting room with 1 bed for 1 person in 120 cm. This third room can also be booked for 3 or 4 people by indicating a reservation for 5 people.

Gîte in the heart of the Boucarut vineyard

Adjacent to the old Provençal farmhouse of our estate, we offer for rent a recently renovated annex. Our domain (in organic agriculture) and the gite are located in the heart of the vineyards of Roquemaure in the Lirac appellation and very close to Avignon and the A9 freeway exit. It is a farm gite with dogs, cats and chickens, the exteriors may be rustic but the gite offers all modern comforts and shared access to the pool with us (June to September).

On the ground floor, 1 living room with 1 double sofa bed, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 toilet; Upstairs 1 master bedroom with 160 bed and 1 walk-in shower. A large terrace overlooking Mont Ventoux and Château Neuf du Pape will allow you to have a pleasant relaxing time.

"La Maison aux Oliviers" is a small charming farmhouse of 90 m2, air-conditioned, independent and located on an old olive grove, quiet in a landscaped garden offering a beautiful private heated and secure pool.
