Lovely cottage of 90m ² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a lovely common area with a bathing jetty during the summer months. There is no water view from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, dish towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom some underfloor heating that is on when the power is cheap. The garden is completely secluded with room for games, sports, and games.

There are many experiences nearby and is only 35 minutes from Copenhagen and 20 minutes to Roskilde and Holbæk. There is a small garden where games can be grilled and played. Skøn træterrasse omkring huset, så solen kan nydes fra morgen til aften. Træpilleovn/varmepumpe. Flot have, der er lukket godt af med skøn kirsebærlaurbærhæk. Kort gåtur gennem selve Ejby Ådal til Isefjorden. 800 m. til vandkant, hvor der er badebro. Vi afregner forbrug af el separat. Forbrug af vand er inklusiv.

Quiet and scenic forest garden with Tiny House. Little Sweden is aimed at those who like outdoor living, cooking on a fire/grill, with e.g. wild and edible plants, swimming in the fjord or hiking in the forest. The home is built with sustainable materials and simply furnished with a sofa bed, small dining table and simple kitchen inside and out. There is electricity and light. Solar panels and charger for electric cars. In the garden there is a simple outdoor shower and a separation toilet.

Gæstehuset er etableret med fokus på at give mulighed for et hyggeligt ophold i gåafstand fra centrum af Roskilde (10min gang) Ros torv ligger 1min gang fra gæstehuset, og bil kan parkeres på vejen foran gæstehuset u/b Gæstehuset har egen indgang og skønt det begrænsede areal er der både eget bad og toilet samt te køkken med køleskab og spiseplads. Vi ønsker at give jer en god oplevelse og håber at i vil nyde opholdet hos os. Vi er desuden motorcykel entusiaster og rejseeventyrer

Now we live in the main house with our 3 children, 2 cats and our lovely dog. Nature and wildlife is just outside the windows and you can enter the forest from the garden.
