Enjoy a relaxing holiday in this downtown space, 700 meters from the Cathedral and 50 meters from the city walls, where you can stroll through the greenery. The apartment is on the ground floor with exclusive garden where you can also have lunch or dinner, bedroom with direct access to the bathroom and garden, kitchen and living room with sofa bed, large living room for leisure. The tourist tax will be collected in cash at check-out, amounting to 3 euros/person/day for a maximum of 5 days.

Tiny studio (bedroom with kitchen area, plus bathroom) recently renovated, in an elegant building, clean and quiet, just next to Via del Pratello, one of Bologna's most interesting areas. A few steps away you'll find all sort of shops (bus, supermarket, bars, restaurants). It can comfortably host two guests and the kitchen is equipped with all basic cooking utensils. Second floor, no elevator. We often use the place ourselves, so it is not managed by professionals. No air conditioning.
