The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Attic suite in a quiet location in Pöcking by Lake Starnberg. The perfect accommodation for up to 2 families, with plenty of space for fun and entertainment. Over an area of 100 square meters (1,076 square feet), there is a living/dining room, including The kitchen, as well as two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an additional toilet, are available. The property is within walking distance of the train station (700 m) and the lake (1.7 km, about a 20-minute walk).

The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!
