Gemütliches Apartment mit separater Küche in Starnberg für maximal 2 Personen. Mein Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage in einer Privatstrasse. Das Apartment ist hell und gemütlich im 2. Stock meiner Doppelhaushälfte mit Blick ins Grüne. In 10 Gehminuten ist der S- Bahnhof Starnberg- Nord (650 m entfernt), mehrere Supermärkte (auch Bio), Bäckereien und andere Geschäfte zu erreichen. Der Starnberger See und die Innenstadt Starnbergs ist 15 Gehminuten entfernt, wo sich viele Restaurants befinden.

Neben unserem Haus am Waldrand liegt diese sehr ruhige, separate Einliegerwohnung mit 2 Zimmern, moderner Küche und Bad, mit ca. 55 qm. Der einmalige, idyllische Garten, den unsere Gäste gerne von ihrer eigenen Terrasse aus mitnutzen und genießen können, ist weitläufig und nach Süden ausgerichtet. Der Starnberger See ist mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wandern, schwimmen, spazieren, radfahren – Berg ist der ideale Platz für abwechslungsreiche Ferien im Voralpenland.

Apartment in a vacation paradise

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes
