Monthly Rentals in Rose Lake

We enjoyed staying at the schoolhouse! It was such a unique and interesting place to stay. Our kids had a blast & they had plenty of room to play & be kids. The shower was really clean. There was plenty of towels, blankets, soap, & toilet paper. Kitchen was well stocked & even though there was not a stove, there was plenty of ways to cook.

Absolutely loved staying here. Lived here a little over a month and would absolutely move into the unit in a heartbeat if it was an option to me. For such a small space it was, well thought out and put together so well that I had no issues with storage at any point. I really felt at home the entire time. Not to mention you can heat up the whole unit QUICKLY on those cold days. I will genuinely miss living here, Brenda was always super responsive and a PLEASURE to communicate with and speak to. I will truly miss this spot and plan on coming back one day.

My daughter and I absolutely enjoyed our stay! The cottage was exactly what I needed for a quick getaway. We loved being able to interact with all the animals and can’t say enough how immaculate they kept the entire property.

This spot is very convenient to the Trail of the CDA. If you are riding east, you'll need to exit at the Pine Creek Trailhead and bike 1.8 miles to the rental. The ride is mildly uphill. We were nervous reserving a "tiny" home but were very pleased with the size of the rental. It is much more spacious than some of the photos might suggest. We didn't cook any meals here but the kitchen seems well equipped. There was plenty of microwave popcorn and keurig coffee pods (no decaf). Be sure to check out Mae's Market for provisions and terrific sandwiches to go. We wanted to check out the highly rated GarrenTeed BBQ but they were closed when we visited (Sunday & Monday).
