The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. What a charming, thoughtfully furnished, equipped and well located flat in Perast. Nikola was incredibly helpful and very responsive to my questions. The stone walls of this lovely flat keep it nice and cool during these hot & sunny days (and there is a/c if needed). Everything is as described and shown in the photos and the central location is fantastic and just steps from the ferries to go to the nearby islands. Thank you so much for a very relaxing, effortless stay!

Dreamtime Villa was one of the best AirBnB villa's we stayed in. The villa is spacious, as indicated on the site. Anz who is Marko's son he is present at the villa 24x7, which is a great help. He takes care of all the needs and that was an added advantage. He was reachable whenever required and has super knowledge about the area. The Villa is around 30 min drive from Lustica Bay where there are lots of nice restaurants and grocery. Villa has sizable swimming pool, pool table and lot of facilities to keep you and kids busy at the villa.

My favourite holiday rental, ever!! A perfect house in a perfect location. Sun, clean sea (not too chilly), two fabulous restaurants just along the quay and the possibility of reasonably priced boat trips from just outside. Sladjana was a great host: very responsive, informative and kind, and Vesna, the property manager, was as helpful as could be, always going the extra mile. Thank you, both, my party of eight had a wonderful time in Rose.Truly five star😀

Beautifully situated villa with direct access to the sea in a very quiet area. We were welcomed by Ugi, who took us to the premises and explained everything. Teodora was also very responsive. We arrived in mid-October, when the off-season had started, so the Lustica Peninsula had very few guests. The beaches were empty, but it was still beach weather with sea temperatures over 20°C. Highly recommended. The only issues worth mentioning were the long staircase down to the house and the lack of a traditional oven, as there was only a combined microwave/steamer oven,

Just like all the other reviews before, oh my the views from this villa are just exceptional. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Totally unmatched and makes it the best place to stay. Loved spending every day watching the boats go by from the lush pool and each evening wandering down to Perast to try one of the many restaurants available. We originally booked this place in 2020 but had to cancel due to covid, finally got here 5 years later! Great location to visit Kotor and the surrounding area. Was very sad to leave! Highly recommend.
