Cute and cosy little beach house with a lovely view. Communication was easy and fast for our last minute booking.

I cant believe how great this place is. The building amenities are 5 star. The apartment is brand new and has everything you need. We walked to dinner and had a nice stroll along the beach across the road. Views on the rooftop deck are incredible.

The room was nice and the bed very comfortable. The location is great, 5 minutes away from the beach

This was my second visit. I was on a business trip. Great house close to shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

The house itself is lovely but we did find it a little misleading as we thought that the pool was Private. One of our guest has low mobility so walking to the pool etc. Is not possible for him. That was very disappointing but the house itself is lovely. It was under equipped with Plates and other serving items. There were no serving bowls, no salad servers, no platters, minimal utensils including an egg flip and tea strainer, no cheeseboard and minimal glasses. There were also only 6 dinner plates in a four bedroom house. So they did have to buy extra things and we also bought extra things. But all in all a lovely house.

House was amazing. very spacious. Great facilities. Issues were dealt with promptly.

wonderful place to stay, I can highly recommend and Inwoukd happily stay again or book for family and friends. Yanina is a wonderful host who communicate well and was clear and detailed with any instructions. the location was nice private and quiet neighbourhood. it was so lovely for the yard to have real grass and some beautiful indoor plants. the back yard feel very homely with a beautiful passion fruit that goes all along the bavk fence table chair BBQ hammock fantastic to do morning or afternoon yoga there where a lot of little things that had been thought about like the home being set up with kitchen items for Easter and western cooking, a mix of board games, cleaning and laundry items, extra blanks , pillows towels, there was a place for everything and everything in its place. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying again. Thank you Yanina

The host was very prompt in responding to messages, and the norms were all very detailed in advance, and there was a problem that was not at all worried! The environment of the accommodation was quiet, the cookware and utensils were complete, the overall place was very clean, and the stay was really as comfortable as home!It is very close to the sea. It is very convenient to go to the sea or bars by the sea at any time. The supermarket is also very close. The overall life function is very good!There was also a small check in board with the guest's name to welcome us and it was really cozy and had a very nice holiday with friends💛

Beautiful home with luxury finishes and fully equipped amenities. The location is peaceful and private, close to the beach — we even saw lots of wild wallabies nearby! At night, the stars are incredible thanks to the minimal light pollution. The house is also extremely convenient for visiting the Penguin Parade, go-kart track, and other major attractions on Phillip Island. Matt was very helpful and responsive both before our arrival and throughout our stay. We would definitely return — highly recommended!

Weekend over Easter with the family. The backyard has no shade or undercover area, making really hot and wet when it rained but we enjoyed the use of the BBQ. The garage with pool table was alot of fun and provided at night entertainment. Would stay again.

Trudi's place and the views were beautiful! We absolutely loved our stay and everything was as listed, clean and very well maintained. The house was also very well sound proofed (even with neighbouring houses blasting music and chatting loudly) which we very much appreciated especially as a group with young children and elderly grandparents. Trudi was easy to contact, very quick to reply and was an amazing host! Thank you again for such a beautiful stay! 2 very small things to note or enquire prior to stay: *Anyone booking with young kids - definitely handy to bring your own kids plates/bowls if not confident with kids using breakable plates/bowls ** There was only one hairdryer available so would be handy to bring your own as well (or enquire for more) if you're not keen on passing the hairdryer around the house! (As a group with many ladies, was definitely passing the hairdryer around a lot during our stay!)
