The small, charming accommodation is located directly on the nature reserve in a prime residential area on the southern outskirts of Hamburg. Completely newly built in mid-2017 in a spacious detached house, it invites you to relaxing vacation days directly at the local recreation area or to a Hamburg vacation, because the transport connections to the city of Hamburg are very good by car as well as by bus and train. The accommodation for up to 4 people is located in the best, very quiet residential area on the first floor of a large single-family house. I live in the same house. As a host in the best sense, we are available day and night and will be happy to help with questions and problems. Is something missing from the accommodation? Anything not to your satisfaction? Please let us know and we will try to help where we can... The completely newly built accommodation consists of a small bedroom with double bed, bathroom with toilet, spacious shower, washer-dryer and a small living area with additional sofa bed and open kitchen. Access to the private, small terrace is possible both via the living area and the bedroom. Bicycles can be provided by arrangement for a small fee. Despite this quiet location, you can get to downtown Hamburg, the trendy districts, the Reeperbahn and the musical theaters very quickly. 550 meters away is a kiosk with fresh bakery rolls, 800 meters away is a shopping mall with an excellent bakery (Bäcker Becker), Edeka, Penny, pharmacy, bank (Hamburger Sparkasse), drugstore, fishmonger, hairdresser, stationery store and optician. Incl. small breakfast This property has its own entrance, is completely separated with large living/ sleeping room, private shower room + private terrace (with pretty garden furniture). With very good connections to the harbor + city center (about 20 minutes by S-Bahn), it is located in a very quiet residential area in the countryside. There is a coffee maker, kettle, dishes and a fridge (filled with the most important things for a small breakfast on the first morning) available.

There is a kitchen and a toilet. The shower is in the side entrance. The apartment has a beautiful large window and is very bright and recently renovated. WiFi is available. We are 30 minutes from Hamburg Town Hall (City), good connections. There are shops as well as a pharmacy and restaurants nearby.
