Very well lit, it faces south and has windows in all rooms, each window is like a Mediterranean painting. The street where it is located is very quiet and dead-end, only the neighbors use it.

In front of the apartment is the "Camino de Ronda" with which is accessed in 10 minutes to Playa de Canyelles Petites and the Segundo Pier. If you are a fishing fan, you can fish in front of the apartment, from the rocks.
