Welcome to this property with a sea view located in Llança. This small Spanish coastal village, far from the typical crowded tourist areas that can be found in other parts of the Costa Brava. It nevertheless has a well-developed tourist infrastructure and numerous bars and restaurants as well as free parking everywhere. There are several beaches and coves as well as numerous walks (coastal GR, trails in the mountains, walks in Cap de Creus...).

Very bright and welcoming house of 160m² on the ground floor, air-conditioned with three bedrooms , a shower room, a bathroom and 2 toilets on 2000m² of land. 15 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from Spain. We have a small vegetable garden and 1 chicken that will delight our hosts and a shaded terrace to enjoy breakfasts and meals for families or friends. A barbecue by a large pool with a small fridge, sink and another large dining area.
