Beachfront holiday rental in Roseto Capo Spulico

Honestly it was one of the best apartment I have ever stayed in. Beach over the street, cool outside shower, lovely interior with a mix of old charmful furnitures and modern elements, privacy but with the italian atmosphere around. The host was super cool and all the time available. I would recommend everyone to stay here.

Very comfortable accommodation less than 10 minutes from the sea and also close to the Pollino.

Studio for two people on the second floor of a building overlooking the sea. At check-in, we were welcomed by Chiara's mother, a friendly and kind lady who explained some things to us. We also took our 11-year-old dog on vacation who enjoyed the proximity to the beach having difficulty walking. Outside the building there is also a space equipped with a pump where we were able to wash the dog when we returned from the beach. Guaranteed parking space inside this condominium space that is accessed with an automatic gate. We'll definitely be back ☺️

Walter's beautiful cottage is located on a private beach in southern Italy. Yes - the beach is really private only a few vacation homes. We had the beautiful sandy beach with sea to ourselves all along, which is already an amazing experience! House is practically furnished with beautiful balcony - directly with beach access. In the house itself, everything you need for carefree holidays is available and Walter is happy to help with tips and advice about the area if you have any questions. We can highly recommend staying at Walter's vacation house if you want to relax for some time and enjoy the time by the sea. It was wonderful!

Perfect! This place was a serene getaway right on the beautiful Tyrrhenian Sea. Upon arrival, the house was just as described and photographed with plenty of private en suite bathrooms and lots of open common space. The kitchen was well-equipped (and stocked with some delicious surprises) making it easy to serve a group of 10+. The bedrooms were clean and spacious with beautiful lighting and some had ocean views. Nicola was super friendly and flexible with arrival time. He came to let us in and give us a full tour to make sure we knew how every amenity functioned, including the espresso machine. The house was very clean. The couches and beds were comfortable. The size and layout of the house make it very comfortable for large families or groups to use while maintaining individual or couple privacy. Our group of 10 will definitely be back! We were warmly welcomed and easily introduced to the apartment: plenty of water and coffee were ready for us. 2 balconies (northwest or around corner northeast overlooking the sea, southwest or southeast around the corner overlooking the mountain ranges) invited you to enjoy breakfast, a sunbath or the evening end. The furnishings left nothing to be desired (see description). Dogs, cats, chickens in the neighborhood convey a rural flair. Fabrizio Piccolo for us was the starting point for many entertaining activities (close range: Rossano and Corigliano - narrow old towns on a hillside, Sibari with the archaeological park; distant area: Camigliatello Silano in the magnificent Sila National Park). A car is recommended for the neighborhood, enough parking space is available at the house, located on a cul-de-sac. It was difficult for us to say goodbye, easily arranged.

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house located directly on a perfect sandy beach with sunset views and calm warm water for swimming. Great wifi, Netflix TV Fantastic well furnished patio for dining and sunbathing, relaxing, with a great outdoor hot shower, BBQ, umbrellas etc. Viviana is a lovely host who made sure we had everything we needed, her welcome pizza and snacks were much appreciated as were her great restaurant recommendations. the nearby ruins were worth the visit and dining options in Bellevedere and Diamante are plentiful . we were 4 adults who loved our week at Vivianas Beach house

The apartment is very well located: three minutes walk to the sea, three minutes to the train station and bus stop. Walking distance to several restaurants and bars. The apartment has everything you need for a holiday stay. Thank you so much to the owner. If you need anything, Rosa is always ready to help. I definitely recommend it.

Quaint bungalow at the back of an estate. I would not recommend more than 2 people staying here due to space limitations. Nice pool, beach is a 3 minute walk. I was there in the off season so many of the restaurants were closed but the ones that were open were adequate. Grocery store is a 15 minute walk. Host was very responsive to my questions. Easy check in and check out. Would happily stay there again.

The apartment is very spacious and very well equipped with a separate sleeping area. The pool was great, so we didn't need the beach outside the door ( full or private) or made trips to other beaches or towns. The other guests at the property were pleasant, friendly people we had fun with. We felt very comfortable in this beautiful, small oasis! The communication with Leyla was quick and uncomplicated.

Matteo 's place was perfect quiet clean and spacious the supermarket is close by and also a coffee shop. also a short drive to the beach. The gas cooker is not an auto ignition so make sure you have a lighter of some kind with you. once we got a that sorted and got the gas going for a cup of tea we were happy. We thoroughly recommend Matteo's place easy to find and access

This place is a real treasure & even nicer, than on the pictures & we loved it! We rented the house for 10 People. The house & the outdoor space are in super good shape, it is beautiful & very spacious. You’ll find various fruits in the garden. There were a lot of mosquitos, but there are mosquito nets at every window & door, which is very helpful. The host is 100% friendly, responsive, generous & supportive. Thank you for the super easy going communication & your help Flavio! There are gardeners coming around once a week. If you rent the house with less than 10 People, you might only rent one private sleeping room & share the rest. There are 2 more houses on the ground, with another capacity of 10 people, but in 11 days we hardly saw any other guests. There are plenty of tables & possible working spaces, so it is def. suitable for homeoffice, even for quite some people. The Wi-Fi works good in some areas, but at some areas you need to use a cellphone hotspot & do have some troubles.

I stay in Antonietta place for a month. It was amazing time. Definatelly I will come again. The village is secured by amazing person, Mario. From the first moment I felt like visiting family, with having very quiet private space for myself. It was absolutelly the best choice for longer stay.

If you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation, this is your spot! Steps away from the beach, Leyla offers a relaxing apartment with full kitchen, spacious living areas, and clean bathroom. The pool is beautiful and relaxing. The location is perfect for the beach, though I wish there was a little more to do in the area as many restaurants were already closed the first week of September, or we were the only ones dining / out at bars.

A fantastic place to stay when visiting Massafra. The Airbnb is clean, spacious and has everything you need to have a comfortable stay in the town. The bedroom is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast bar is full of things to eat in the morning and is very well thought out. Not far is some nice restaurants and bars. Parking is fairly easy, I found a park in the square just around the corner each day. Highly recommend staying here and would stay again!

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment is as described in the listing, equipped with everything you need and very clean. The sea view from the balcony is awesome. The noise from the street and the railway was somewhat disturbing.

In addition to having a great view, the house is very clean and equipped with all the necessary comforts as well as having the possibility to park right near the entrance. Edmundo and Maria are extremely helpful and kind and welcomed us like family, making us find jams, fresh fruit, and an abundant selection of breakfast products. We also had the pleasure of spending a beautiful day on their boat for a fun fishing trip and a few dives from the boat! We also met a turtle (how exciting!), next time we hope to spot some dolphins too! See you soon!!

I found the place as described in a very quiet area, but close to several places for the nightlife. The host was always available for any request, if you wanted to find the only thing, let's say negative is the TV that didn't work.

Perfect place! Beautiful summer house with nothing missing. But what we'll miss is the garden by the house. It's misrepresented until you sit there with your morning coffee and until you spot a sunset there every night. We are a family with almost grown children and we all have stepped down that something better will be hard to find next time. Grazie mille Luciana!
