Lovely summerhouse at Røsnæs in the first row!

The cosy holiday home from 1923 is located in the first row to the Kalundborg fjord. On the ground floor there is a lovely living room and kitchen with direct access to a large wooden terrace with sea view. There is a private staircase down to the beach with a jetty. There are several lovely view terraces. There is a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a heat pump. There is a bathroom with underfloor heating. On the first floor there are bedrooms with great views. In the garden there is an annex with 2 sleeping places. In the garden are the most beautiful trees.

Ocean views on scenic Røsnæs

There is peace and fresh air on Røsnæs. My cottage is beautifully decorated with a large bright living room/kitchen which will be a central gathering point for the stay. With large panoramic windows, you feel close to nature and have a nice view of the sea. There are 3 terraces to the south, north and east. You can always find a suitable place for your next meal. On the grounds, there's room for play and ball games. There is a lovely hammock space in the shade and on the north terrace there is a gas grill and evening sun. It is 5 min down to the beach.

Welcome to our little oasis in scenic Saltbæk 🌸🌳🌊🌅🏡❤️ * * Cleaning fee is not included in the price, so you must clean up after yourselves. Remember to bring your own bed linens, sheets, towels, dish cloths and dishcloths, as well as toilet paper and, if necessary, paper towels. Please also bring firewood for the wood-burning stove * * Just a few minutes walk will lead you into the forest and it is about a 15 minute walk down to the beach which offers a good bathing jetty, the cleanest sea water and the most beautiful sunset.

Experience lovely Røsnæs by Kalundborg in a lovely summerhouse with Panorama views with water from large living room with open kitchen. The cottage is in the middle of Denmark's probably largest wine district. There is a unique nature on Røsnæs with lighthouse, which is worth visiting and the house is located so that walks can be chosen on both the north and south side of Røsnæs. There are bathing opportunities from the jetty and the possibility of coastal fishing, tennis, golfing and to visit winemakers.

The area of Røsnæs is known for its unique nature, and there are plenty of experiences in the area. A charming cottage of 123 square meters that was completely modernized and remodeled in 2016. Appear bright and friendly. Three different shower facilities, one of which is outside the home, which is great when you have been out in the sea and swimming. Located in secluded nature by the sea. The view of the large meadow that is an extension of the garden often allows for seeing deer, pheasants, and more. There are good shopping opportunities in the area including gourmet restaurants.

A very nice and delicate danish summerhouse, 3 minutes walk from the beach. Everything is new renovated and very nice decorated and furnished. The atmosphere is relaxing and the house can offer good space, also for rainy days. You can read, listning to music, play in the garden, drink coffee on the terrace, take a short walk to the beach and enjoy a swim, watch the sunset at night, visit the city nearby or get a teint in the sun. The house is all yours.

Krogebæk house

The house is a renovated farmhouse surrounded by meadows and small forests. The location at the end of a long dirt road with only a few neighbors gives you the feeling that you are all by your self. The water is 2-300 meters away and the sunsets by the sea are marvles. Pets are welcome - and there is a small horse available right next to the house.

Denmark's most beautiful summerhouse

For three weeks we enjoyed the view of the sea from the terrace with wonderful sunsets and rainy shipping traffic on the horizon. The tranquility that surrounds this area of three houses and garden is phenomenal. We found it's a very good place to relax. Everything necessary is available in the house. The bathing jetty nearby allows for a quick bath. And the house is very well suited as a starting point for hikes and bike rides on Røsnæs. The only downside was the access to the house. Due to rains before our arrival, the gravel path was so soft that we once came down by car, but had considerable trouble driving up the slope. The car had to stay upstairs. More rains damaged the path so that it was locked up. Due to knee problems, the way down was difficult for me to do, not at all in the dark. We really hope this issue will be resolved as we would love to return. Gabriele

Really impressive house and amenities. Enjoyed my stay a lot, swimming in the harbour was a cool thing to do. Likewise a walk into town for food and a beer. The house is presented perfectly, everything is in place and there are lots of nice little touches (Nibbles, candles, coffee etc) I would for sure stay here again

We spent a lovely week at Jonas’ cosy cottage outside Kauldborg. The snow made everything very beautiful. It was a very quick drive into the town to visit people and places - the medieval history of the town centre is amazing, and there are some nice restaurants. Jonas replied to any question almost immediately and was very friendly.
