The views

Recharge at this unique and tranquil place to stay. The cabin is located privately with lovely views to Eidsfjorden. Here you can enjoy the stillness, see sea eagles up close and fish jumping right below the mountain. If you are lucky, you may see porpoises (whales) and orcas, sai and mackerel lessons. How about fishing your own dinner from the mountain or taking a fresh dip in the sea? The possibilities are many. Experience the outdoors and amazing sunsets! The midnight sun gives you bright nights from about May 23rd to around July 20th.

Stay with the whole family in this space. Very quiet and private space. Here you can really relax. Moose and hare can often be close to the property, while the eagle circles by the mountains. New spacious terrace that you can sit on with a fire in the fire pit and enjoy the view of the fjord. Lovely property that stretches down to the sea with the opportunities it provides. Hikes, home office or explore the area. The place is close to the mountain Breitind which gives you a view of the entire municipality of Bø.

This is truly a fantastic place. It is an old totally renovated fishery. The size is 180 square meters, and the pier is 200 squares. The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big (200cm x180cm) nice bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, and an exclusive sauna. My husband and I started our project in 2017 and finished it in the end of July 2024. I’ve been obsessed with the bay window where I can see the beauty of the view through all the seasons which give me such a different moment in every season to take on. A genuine and cozy house from 1900 with an amazing atmosphere and view. The Blue House is an optimal base for hiking, skiing, kayaking, snowshoe trekking and mountaineering. Fishing in the lakes or in the sea is right outside the door. Maps, first aid kit are available free of charge. The house is just renovated, and painted in colors chosen by the “blue city” artist, Bjørn Elvenes. Charger for electric cars is available for an extra fee.

It is a perfect base for leisure activities such as bicycling, sea kayaking, hiking and fishing or to just relax and play in the garden. In wintertime (from September) you will have the opportunity to spectacular views of the northern light just outside the cabin. In the barn there are both pool and ping-pong at your disposal.

Several design classics from the 1960's and selected personal objects give the house a distinct look and atmosphere.

Really, really liked this accommodation. It's spacious, comfortable, great view, walking distance to town, big bathroom, great washing machine (self-dosing), full kitchen, easy parking and warm. Daniel was extremely helpful regarding ferry information and quick in his responses, which was much appreciated.

With love, beautifully decorated bright, romantic cottage, located in the middle of fabulous fairy-tale nature. You don't have to go far to find a hiking trail, you can find one just around the corner. The bedrooms are located on the second floor, where there are steep stairs - not suitable for people with poor health or knees. One of us slept on the sofa in the living room downstairs with the dog. The nearest grocery store and service station are about 10 minutes away by car. A warm recommendation for this home. We have really great memories of this place and we already miss it. Communication with Steffen went well and it was very fun to meet him in person.

The cabin was incredible. The photo represented it very well. We had all the amenities we needed and had access to the boat - which was a huge bonus. We felt like we were at a friend’s home. Warm and cozy. The views were breathtaking and the surroundings were so peaceful. We highly recommend this place and would visit again. Vegard is very responsive and helpful. A perfect escape to nature from the hustle and bustle of life.

We loved staying in the house and fell in love with the view out of the window of the upper floor. We could even see the midnight sun from the balcony. Everything was clean and it was very quiet. Also the surrounding offers many wonderful views, hiking baths and wonderful beaches. Waralak was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed very much being her guests. Thank you very much for being with you! It was super great 😁

Unique cabin in the heart of Lofoten

We absolutely loved our stay at Angelita’s Rorbu! It is spectacular. The views are breathtaking at all times of day - it’s such a peaceful and tranquil place to wind down while exploring Lofoten. The apartment is gorgeous inside and Angelita provided every possible amenity to make it feel like home. We loved cooking in the kitchen with local seafood (and Angelita’s incredible seaweed products - her shop is a must-visit)! We really appreciated the tranquil location away from the crowds but only 5 minutes or so from town for grocery shopping, etc. We loved the location of the rorbu in Lofoten. We explored towns, hiked, wandered and followed many of Angelita’s recommendations - and then loved winding down in the evenings at this magical spot! Angelita was responsive, helpful and so kind. We would love to return and stay here in the future!!
