Seth's place was perfect. We decided last minute to get away for a few days for the holiday weekend. His place was in the perfect location with several restaurants and bars within walking distance. One was right next door. I saw that some people mentioned they were concerned it might be loud at night - it wasn't at all. They had a festival going on in town too which we were not aware of so that was a bonus for us to get some fair food and listen to music on the street. Plus Seth's place was inside the Dora area so we were able to get a Dora Cup from the bar and sip our drinks while walking back to our room. The apartment was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, he supplied all the necessities like toilet paper, coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner, towels, etc. We would most definitely stay here again if we are back down that way.

The property matched the description and the photos. It was very quiet and peaceful. Bed was comfortable and parking was right out front. Tonya was responsive to the one time I had a question. I will definitely stay here again when traveling to the area. I was there for work and will be back.

Retire, traveled for 25 years, the bed was one of the top 5, I have enjoyed. For a century home the room was spotless, the original wood floors were beautiful. The neighbor hood is a series of century home on a quiet street. Walked to the local restaurants everything is 10 minutes close. We’re enjoyable visit.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The kitchen is well stocked and spacious. The patio was a nice area and is covered so it’s easy to be outside even in the rain. Nancy is very responsive. We would definitely stay given the opportunity.

Nothing but great things to say about this place! Excellent communication from the hosts, and a wonderful place to stay. When we arrived, the hot tub wasn’t working, but the hosts were super on top of things and sent somebody out to fix it immediately! Would stay again and would recommend.
