Value for money situated in an upmarket neighborhood. The proximity to the lovely lake district and Swan River as well as easy access to public transport was a bonus. Lisa was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again. The first thing I noticed upon arrival was the cleanliness of the facility.

Tye place is new, bright and cozy with modern interior. The bed is super comfy. Many new appliance to use, oven, fridge, washing/drying/dishwashing, air frier. 24/7 supermarket, coffeeshop, bakery, gas station, massage saloon, bus stop - all next door. Yvonne is very responsive and friendly host! Highly recommend this place.

Heather's place was perfect for me and my sister to stay. We were visiting a friend at University and it was perfect distance. Heather was very sweet and flexible with our schedule. She was helpful whenever we needed extra assistance and even checked in with us after some unexpected weather where we were at. Great place and would definitely stay again. It was beautiful, especially the bathroom space. Felt like home!

We had a wonderful stay with Sue, an absolutely lovely host who made us feel right at home. Her garden, chickens, and vegetable patch brought us back in touch with nature – something we often forget in our daily lives. The outdoor space was also incredibly helpful as we prepared our vehicle for the journey ahead. The room was beautiful, with a very comfortable bed, and while the bathroom could use some improvements, it had hot water and a heat lamp, which we truly appreciated. Sue’s cat was the sweetest companion – she kept us company throughout our stay. Thank you, Sue, for your kindness and hospitality. We truly felt welcomed and cared for.
