Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

The accommodation is located on the outskirts of central Röstånga in a quiet residential area with proximity to both Söderåsen National Park's various hiking trails, to Odensjön and to the center where you will find a café, restaurant and grocery store! You also have walking distance to Röstånga camping, several playgrounds, to the outdoor gym, etc.

Träskhuset is an architect-designed house built in 2023. It is built of cross-glued wood and stands on posts in a swamp with the beech forest as the closest neighbor. In winter, you are surrounded by water, in summer, high vegetation. Here you live in a stylish house overlooking the forest. Design by Sorgenfri Build Concept. Free parking on a shared driveway. Electric vehicle charging available. The house is about 50 meters from our own house. Happy children's screams can therefore sometimes be heard nearby.

Fastigheten består av en huvudstuga och mindre spa-stuga med tillhörande stenlagd grillplats och spabad. Skärmtak och spalje runt grillplatsen och spabadet och stort trädäck runt omkring. We have built the lodge with the purpose to have place that solitude with nature. Place to relax from the busy world and get into the rhythm of the wild. Wild life and nature in the area is mesmerising with no dangerous animals (no bears or wolves). Additionally, we have lovely sheep grassing in the field next to the cabin. Lodge is located away from the main house and the road, what gives full privacy in peace and silence. It is equipped with everything necessary to welcome quests.

The house is close to Söderåsen National Park, Rönne Å and Bandsjön. Here there are plenty of opportunities for short or long excursions in nature, such as hiking, canoeing, swimming in the lake or cycling on exercise bikes. The distance to Helsingborg and Lund is only 45 by car, if you want to go to the city for sightseeing. This destination is suitable for families with children, solo adventurers, couples or those on a longer trip, and need a simple overnight stay on the way.
