It is only 12 km to the Baltic Sea, the idyllic beach in Markgrafenheide. A well-developed bike path leads through the forest directly to the beach. Altes Eishaus am See, Sauna, Fireplace, Canoe, SUP, Boat

Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Kröpeliner Tor Vorstadt (KTV) und somit im Herzen Rostocks. Große Nähe zu allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und zu Supermärkten. Außerdem viele Kneipen und Gastronomie in der Nähe. Kurze Weg zum Stadthafen und zum Ostseestadion. Die korrekte Adresse lautet (bitte auf Postleitzahl achten!): Fritz Reuter Str. 22 18057 Rostock Es gibt in Rostock-Warnemünde (Postleitzahl 18119) ebenfalls eine Fritz Reuter Str., daher könnte Verwechslungsgefahr bestehen.

Small, cozy, practical, perfectly located apartment in Warnemünde! Flooded with light, in the attic, looking forward to friends of the Baltic Sea - which is only 70 m away - but still only 4 minutes to the church square, the heart of Warnemünde. Since the couch is also available as a sleeping place, up to 4 people can stay there - but it is optimal for 2 people. For children, I am happy to provide a bed and chair upon request. Dogs are always welcome with me!
