Beach house holiday rentals in Rostrevor

I have stayed at Charlton's place a number of times now and it feels like a home away from home. The place is always spotless and comfortable to be in.

I picked this property because of its outlook to the beach & it didn't disappoint, an excellent location, 5 min walk to Jetty Road, 10 min walk to the Mariner & all the fantastic restaurants. The house was beautiful, very clean & comfortable. Lots of space for 7 ladies with the 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. Janelle was a fantastic host, very friendly, kept in regular contact, instructions were easy to follow & a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful property with a group or family & Janelle & Elite Accommodation Holiday & Executive Rentals were fabulous.

Very nice place, location is accessible to all and very comfortable and presentable. We will get this again when we are going back here in adelaide. Very supportive host and team. Highly recommended the host and the place. Truly appreciated and memorable place.

A truely exceptional host who communicated well before and during. Property is one small block from beach so there is construction across the road which Erling had warned us about. The attached garage was too small for our Ranger but plenty of safe parking nearby. The bed is super comfortable and has good quality sheets. We would be very happy to stay again.

Fantastic location (just park the car and walk everywhere), close to all that Jetty Rd has to offer (and it's a lot) and the beautiful beach! House was very clean and had everything needed to make our stay a most comfortable one! In a very quiet area also, which was good for us. Melisa was extremely friendly and helpful from booking to checkout, even checking in with us during our stay to make sure everything was fine and we were enjoying our stay. We would highly recommend this lovely townhouse and will definitely be back ourselves in the future!

I hesitate to do this review because I want this gorgeous small home to be available every time I am in Adelaide! We stay in many AirB's and this has become an absolute favourite. Elle was fantastic to deal with and kind enough to allow us to arrive early after a hospital stay. Having the beach so close and a short 15 minute walk to the closest cafes added to the appeal. We will definitely be back!

Carl is an incredible host and his property is outstanding! The house is spacious, spotlessly clean, and offers stunning views of the water. We stayed as a group of seven adults with three children, and it comfortably accommodated all of us. The open-plan kitchen and living area, along with the generous balcony, made it easy for us to spend quality time together. At the same time, the four bedrooms and three bathrooms provided enough privacy and convenience for everyone. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

“Fabulous Retreat”. This wonderful home is exactly as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our close, walking distance proximity to the beach. We loved how central we were to all the things we wanted to enjoy & we loved the extra benefit of the heated pool/spa. So decadent. The Hosts certainly went out of their way to increase “the indulgence of our stay”. The linen was dreamy & the thoughtfulness of towels for the pool appreciated. The kitchen had everything we could need & we relished our treats. Definitely the perfect place for a couples get away 💕

We had an amazing time at Jo's house. Jo has thought of everything needed for a home away from home. House was spotless and well stocked with condiments, tea, coffee and every cooking item you'll ever need. Pool and covered outdoor area, with gas BBQ was great. Lovely position on the esplanade, coffee shops, pubs and playgrounds in walking distance. Supermarkets short drive away. Our family of 7 adults and 2 children (3 & 5) had ample space and bedrooms, with tvs and games provided. Lovely welcome pack and early and late check in were offered. I certainly recommend Jo's place and hope to return. Thanks so much Jo for helping make our family 60th birthday and 35th wedding anniversary holiday amazing.

We love this property…so much we never want to leave! Great location. A nice walk to the beach. Lots of stairs, but we love the exercise. The house is a great layout and has everything you need.

We had a wonderful stay at 20 High Street, Glenelg. The house was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect—just a short stroll to the beach, shops, and cafes. Lynette was a fantastic host. Her communication was clear, friendly, and timely from the moment we booked to the time we checked out. She made everything easy and stress-free. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Glenelg. Thank you, Lynette!

Sarah is a wonderful host. Very helpful with the smallest of things. Due to our flight timings we had requested a slightly late check out, Sarah was prompt at helping us out. She was also prompt on helping with local recommendations. The house has the best of both world's... it's in a quite peaceful area at the same time just about 2-3 mins walk from Jetty road with all the cafes and stores.

Great Location, easy to walk to loads of restaurants, the beach and shops with tram access to the CBD. The space is large enough for two couples. Very considerate hosts have left washing liquid and loads of useful items for your stay. The only downside is the amount of noise with being so close to all of the action. Each weekday morning the garbage truck woke us between 5.30am and 6am. If you are an early riser then no matter. Parking was easy with a permit provided.

The house was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. We had a great time and enjoyed proximity to the beach, walking paths and local dining.

Miranda’s place was great! We will definitely look to stay again when we are in the area! Miranda was a great host and the house was exactly as described and clean and tidy! An easy 5 stars 😊
