The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

We offer our small and fine studio with 30 m² on the top floor. Access is via the staircase and then via a roof hatch - see pictures. A private bell is available. From this charming little place to stay, it is not far to the shops of the suburban district or to the Ruhr University Bochum. Fast bus to the city center, bus to RUB. Location on the first floor, private entrance, quiet*, in the countryside; private parking. The large arenas in Bochum, Dortmund and Gelsenkirchen are easily accessible by bus and train.
