The mountain village is located at 1470 m above sea level and can be reached by cable car in 10 minutes from Rhäzüns or by car. The cozy apartment is centrally located close to the village shop and has great views. 1 chairlift to the local mountain "Mutta". Good hiking opportunities in summer, with snowshoes in winter. The clear ski area includes 10 km of slopes and 3 toboggan runs.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
