Tübingen is a university town, so our house in Schönblick is actually a student house. Here students live in shared apartments on two floors, the hosts on the first floor. Since the basement rooms of the apartments and the heating are behind the apartment, the hallway cannot and must not be locked.

On two floors with a total of 120 square meters, the listed gem welcomes you and offers you everything you need to feel good. It is designed for 2 adults and families with children.

Our Tiny House is a former transformer tower that is a 5-minute walk from the old town. Supermarket,gas station, pharmacy and parking garage are very close. The tower has a 32 square meter terrace that floats above the Ammer. The bedroom,with private balcony and extra TV, is located under the roof. Integrated kitchen, nice bathroom with shower and underfloor heating.
