House holiday rentals in Rotterdam

We had a wonderful & relaxing weekend here with a large group for my sister's lowkey bachelorette party. Even with a day of non-stop pouring rain, we were perfectly content with staying in and enjoying the coziness of the house. We had a blast watching the chickens roam around and hanging out with the overly-friendly barn cats while we sat outside. The goats & pigs were happy to greet us at the fence every time. The hot tub and pool were perfect! Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a beautifully scenic and peaceful getaway. Thanks, Sarah & BBVF team!

The lakehouse looks exactly like the photos - stylish and cozy. The house looks small from the outside, but we were amazed by how well it fit our family of seven adults and two toddlers. The instructions/guide to the house was clearly written and super helpful, and Vincent was very easy to communicate with, usually responding right away. We were grateful for all the amenities the house comes with. In addition to enjoying the house itself and the gorgeous deck, we also made smores one night in the fire pit and went kayaking with the little ones. The owner provides guests with bracelets that give access to the community amenities as well. The community pool, playground, and little beach were all beautiful and very well maintained. Our little ones especially loved this weekend!

We absolutely loved our stay! This Airbnb was the perfect place for our family to getaway and enjoy the amazing pool, plus the cosy house to relax in. Yasiel was very accommodating and responsive and was a great host! We’re already trying to plan our next trip back - can’t recommend enough!

Joe’s place was perfect for attending a family event in the capital district. Our event was at SPAC. There is plenty of space for enjoying family together time. The fenced-in back yard was ideal for playing yard games and visiting dogs. All the kitchen appliances were modern technology. The bedrooms were good sized, and the bathrooms were well located. The neighborhood was very family friendly, great for early morning walks. We would stay again for a family event in the area.

The house is really gorgeous. Everything was very new/modern, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen overlooking the stunning view out the back. The hot tub and fire put were nice amenities to enjoy. The BBQ seemed to not be working, but other than that, no complaints. Location wise, the property is located in the northwest Catskills, near Stamford, NY, and convenient to many hiking spots in the area as well as nearby towns. The property itself its up on a hill, in what felt like a secluded and private spot, which made it feel like a real getaway and retreat. In sum, recommend this Airbnb for the nice amenities, modern touches, and amazing view.

This historic home is very clean, tastefully decorated, and has comfy beds. Another plus is the shower has plenty of warm water. The half bath downstairs has a nice washer and dryer. There were plenty of clean towels and blankets during our stay. I loved the location, as it is a safe neighborhood to walk around. Less than a quarter mile, there is a historic church with a beautiful garden. There is also a nice park on the river just down the side street. Many great places to eat within are within a few miles radius. Some we liked were Katie O'Byrnes, The Ritz on Union (good Italian food), Druther's Brewing Co, and the Iron Gate Cafe. Arthur's Market, directly across the street, is a nice place to get coffee, tea, baked goods, salads, and quiche. Although there is a little neighborhood traffic on front facing street, it is fairly quiet and relaxing at this location.

This was the perfect place for our stay. The house is small, as it is listed, and had everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer available was an added plus for us. The house is well taken care of and very clean. The back yard was a great and gave my husband a nice place to read and enjoy the nice weather. Codie is an excellent host. He responded promptly any time I had a question.

I had a wonderful time at Justine's beautiful countryside, modern farmhouse. Gorgeous setting up high in the mountain range with an incredible view of the mountainside. Open lot with lot's of space. Absolutely gorgeous open first floor concept with incredible deck. Super comfortable and great kitchen set up with all you need to cook. House is well stocked with necessities. Upstairs is lovely and both bedrooms are super comfortable with room darkening shades and nice ceiling fans. I could sit for hours and look at the mountains. Like you are in your own heaven. Justine lives in a private cabin on the property and comes and goes which I really liked as she was super accessible and not in your way at all. She was so gracious and I had a great time. 5 star property. You will not be disappointed. Great hiking destinations and lakes nearby and 3 cute restaurants with in a 10 to 15 minute drive. You are in the country and it is amazing. Thank you Justine! Beautiful art!

Had a really nice experience here! House was very clean and spacious, but be aware one bedroom and bed is considerably smaller than the other - we were sharing with another family and there was no way to have "equitable" sleeping arrangements. Bathrooms could use an update, but were otherwise clean and serviceable (again, one is much smaller than the other). Towels and bed linens were great, appreciated the extra blankets in the closet. Host was friendly and responsive! We would be delighted to stay here again.

This place was perfect for my crew who needed an extended stay. John was extremely well at communicating with me and my crew whenever we needed something. Would highly recommend.

Perfect spot for my family of 4 on a quick Albany stop over. House was super clean, beds were comfy, and Deanna left extra lights on because we were getting in late. Convenient to highway and local amenities.

Our stay was wonderful and for the first time the pictures matched the descriptions and the views were gorgeous. Nice and quiet area I would recommend to anyone that wants getaway. Scott was an awesome host, very proactive and great communicator.

The location was on a one way street that was a little hard to find but we felt like it was only hard to find because we didn’t know the area nothing because of booking, it was a great stay!! The location is good stores very close by places to eat or DoorDash close by it was great!! The mystery room was so fun to get into and the inside of it was hilarious!!! We won’t spoil the inside 🤣🤣

Great location and clean simply furnished house! Not a lot of “extras” but comfortable bed and clean! On a nice corner lot and loved the windows. The bay window in the front room makes it cozy. Had a few different issues which the host remedied quickly! (Thank you!) Great place to stay while working in the area. Cute family owned pizza place across the street which was a convenient plus. We would stay here again!

My family and I had a terrific stay at this beautiful home. Olga was fantastic, always responsive if we reached out and very helpful. The home was even more beautiful and breathtaking when we first walked into the house than we could have imagined! The home was spacious and cozy, and the view was spectacular. I enjoyed waking up early to work for a few hours overlooking the lake and the beautiful view of the sunrise, enjoying a nice cup of coffee while everyone else was still sound asleep in the comfortable accommodation. The sunset was even more stunning. We will definitely return if we get the chance.

Super cute place to stay for the summer! I was only here for one night so i didn’t get the full experience but the hot tub and grill in the backyard was amazing. The hosts also had a bunch of local recommendations for anything you’d need (hiking, restaurants etc)

Beautiful spot, modern and clean house. We loved the hot tub, super clean. Nicely designed and decorated house, great views. Bring bug spray if you stay in June, the black flies are intense. Great hosts, would definitely stay here again.
