At the entrance of the Audubon Marshes and a 5-minute walk from the village and the train station, our 38 m² all-wood chalet has a bedroom and a living area with its equipped kitchen (combined microwave, dishwasher, induction stove, etc.). The queen size bed, its large south-facing terrace and the tranquility of the environment will charm you. The cottage is 5 km from the RN 165, 15 km from the entrance to Nantes, 40 km from the beaches of the Côte de Jade and 50 km from La Baule

Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Beaches and shops are a 5-10 minute drive away. You can do the end-of-stay cleaning yourself, or you can choose to pay for it (€45).

Belle Perche: Comfortable, well-designed, bright, quiet rural gîte, within an organic cereal farm, between Loire and Ocean. The forest is 100 meters away. The sea is 15 minutes away, Nantes 1/2 hour, Saint Nazaire 40 minutes. All amenities 5 km away. Bicycles are available. Old building renovated into a cottage communicating with "Pressoir" cottage for 12 beds, on request. Separation: double door and removable sound insulation.

Located in the town of Pellerin, on the banks of the Loire, you can enjoy a market on Saturday mornings and walks on the quays or in the forest. A 5-minute walk from the shops, you'll have access to a supermarket with a gas station and a pharmacy.

Very quiet, large wooded garden, nice setting.
