Come and enjoy the calm of the countryside on the banks of the Seine. Two guest rooms located on the second floor of an outbuilding in our garden. Both bedrooms are separated with their own private bathroom. A common equipped kitchen area. You have access to our garden with table and barbecue available. The bedroom in this listing is equipped with a double bed with a new 160 x 200 mattress of very good quality. This year, as an exception, we are not providing breakfast.

The Marais Room

Our room is located in the pretty village of Saint Martin de Boscherville, famous for its abbey and gardens, between Seine and forest, 15/20 min from Rouen. The bedroom has a bathroom with toilet. This space is completely dedicated to you and can be accessed independently. Housekeeping, towels and bed linen are included. Breakfast is not included but a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle and refrigerator are available.

Your bedroom and private bathroom are located in an old house. The decor is simple, made of antiques found here and there. A covered terrace allows you to dine outdoors as soon as the weather permits. The place is quiet and peaceful. The room overlooks the garden. In the village, there is a bakery, a grocery store and some services. On-site or nearby, nature or cultural activities. It only accommodates NON-SMOKERS.

The room is located on the second floor. It is not accessible for people with disabilities or mobility issues. dogs are no longer accepted. There is no independent entrance. arrivals are accepted until midnight. You'll have the floor to yourself with a bedroom (1–2 people) and a private shower room. Starting in the spring, and when the weather permits, you can enjoy a patio all to yourself to relax or dine.
