Le rez de chaussée se compose d' une cuisine ouverte donnant sur la salle et le salon équipé d'un écran géant. - 1 salle de bain avec 1 grande douche et 1 wc séparé . A l'étage : une chambre avec sa salle de bain et son WC. - Une pièce palière qui donne sur une chambre communicante avec la troisième chambre. La propriété est clôturée. Une piscine privée couverte et chauffée est disponible d' avril à fin octobre inclus.

Ce logement paisible offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille. Dans un cadre unique, tranquille, votre petit havre de paix, clos de murs vous invite aux bons moments en famille ou entre amis. Il y a 3 belles chambres dont une au RDC. Au coin du feu ou au bord de la piscine , profitez du dépaysement total dans la nature. La piscine vous est réservée ainsi qu'aux propriétaires des lieux (occasionnellement). Nous sommes à 30' de Rouen, 60' de Deauville et 150km des plages du debarquement.

Après 2 années intenses de travaux, nous y sommes enfin arrivés. Nous avons créé ce cocon d’amour pour vous, pour pouvoir vous ressourcer en couple, ou vous amuser en famille. Cette maison atypique des années 1500, on l’a désirée, transformée, mais tout en gardant son authenticité avec sa façade à colombage, les tomettes rouges dans l’escalier, la hauteur sous plafond au dernier étage … Mais on l’a aussi pensée et créée pour qu’elle vous plaise également. À vous d’en profiter maintenant 🤩

We will be happy to welcome you in a unique, quiet and rural setting with a magnificent view of the Seine Valley. Discover this quiet accommodation, with private pool from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. from May to September The garden is vast and peaceful, you will be brought to share our friends the chévres who maintain the field in front of the accommodation. A private terrace with barbecue, garden furniture for meals and an outdoor lounge. The house overlooks the garden and views of the Seine.

Michael welcomes you for an unforgettable stay in Normandy in the village of La Bouille! When you open the doors, you will be won over by its carefully decorated interior! Outside, its large terrace overlooking the pool, and the back garden will offer you different places to relax. A swimming pool (12 m x 5 m) and a hot tub will be private. My new home of about 60m2 offers large spaces conducive to relaxation in complete autonomy, for couples, family or friends. Between Paris and the Normandy coast, ideal for a stopover or local visits, everything is done to allow you a peaceful stay (on the ground floor, large living room and open equipped kitchen, upstairs, office landing, double bedroom and shower/toilet room). A wooden terrace with outdoor furniture is also available, in a very green setting.

Enjoy a tastefully completely renovated two-room apartment and conveniently located on the first floor of a quiet four-unit residence. The greenway as well as a bus line passes by for a smoother mobility. However, the expressway and all the amenities of the city center are close by. Thanks to our partnerships, you will benefit from a discounted rate at the Caséo aquatic and sports center and a local and artisanal beer will be waiting for you upon arrival.

Discover this quiet waterfront outbuilding with a private pool from 9am to 6pm. Guests can enjoy water at 30 degrees, sunbeds and ice machine. The garden is green, peaceful and includes a small pond with fish. A private terrace is reserved for you with BBQ on the banks of the Seine with a lovely modern garden furniture. The outbuilding overlooks the garden and views of the Seine. Beds with linen linens are provided and towels are provided as well.

POOL AREA CURRENTLY CLOSED Relax in this cozy and tranquil home in the countryside, close to the city and several activities (golf, leisure park, visit to Rouen and the Normandy coast! Great for two or alone for rejuvenation! Enjoy the pool area (which can be shared with the owners) from April to October with its high-rise shelter! After a visit to the surrounding area, you can rest in the room in the dark.

Our Suite is part of our property but with an independant entrance. 1 living-room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom. Our visitors will enjoy our large and peacefull garden with an access to river Eure for a pleasant walk, as well as our heated outdoor swimming pool (during summer holidays) Our Suite is located in a small and very quiet village Criquebeuf sur Seine just nearby A13 motorway (3 mn).
