Monthly Rentals in Roughton

We spent a long weekend at mallard cottage and had a Great time. It’s a great location to visit the delights of North Norfolk and if you don’t want to venture out it’s a great little cottage just to chill out in. I especially enjoyed the hot tub and the open fire place.

The accommodation was easy to find and access. The kitchen area was modern and clean, with all the equipment needed for making our own meals. The bathroom was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The sitting room had a comfortable sofa, a TV and a table and chairs. There were clear instructions and information about the accommodation and leaflets showing local attractions. A wonderful welcome awaited us in the form of milk and drinks in the fridge and pastries on the table. There were also teabags, coffee and sugar for that all important refreshment after a long journey. Debbie was easy to communicate with and was keen to ensure we had a good stay, whilst also respecting our privacy. Would recommend to anyone wishing to explore this area of Norfolk.

Very cosy small cabin. Made the best of the space they had. Plenty of garden are. We made a great BBQ that is supplied with all utensils provided. The weather was a bit cold but the small portable heater warms the cabin very quickly. Great hosts, let you enjoy your own privacy but always on hand if needed.
