We are full-time residents of the home up the hill from the guest house; we chose this location for its sense of seclusion and privacy. This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom. Spend the evening cooking up dinner in the well equipped kitchen or relaxing and playing board games in the living room around the gas fireplace. Experience Lake Tahoe living at it's finest!

Boulder lift is a short 3 minute Drive. As well as the town of South Lake a just a few minutes down the hill. Local hiking/biking Trails just outside the condominium. Get away and treat yourself to everything Tahoe has to offer!
