Condo holiday rentals in Round Hill Village

Cannot beat the location! Place is very clean and comfortable! Beds were great and so were the showers. They stock the apartment with plenty of paper towel, towels, toilet paper, soap which is very nice! Note there are 4 flights of stairs which isn’t bad throughout the stay just keep in mind when unloading and loading your car. Hosts were really responsive when we had questions or needed assistance. Would recommend and stay there again!

Great place to stay if your heading to South Lake Tahoe. Just minutes from downtown but far enough away to enjoy the peaceful and beautiful surroundings of Tahoe. We are already look for dates to return in the winter.

Condo was beautiful. Maybe 15 mins from the Lake Tahoe shopping center. Stairs up were a lot (57 steps. We counted lol) but was definitely worth it. Walked around beautiful mountain scenery. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stacked with necessities. Lots of baby proof cabinets and doors. Had lots of extra blankets and pillows. A heater if needed but we didn’t need to use it. The wall heater worked great. We had a hard time putting the big fan on but hostess messaged us back within a minute to let us know where the remote was for it. Rooms were on the small side, loft was big, when we weren’t exploring the town, we spent most of our time in the living room playing games and watching tv. It was a much needed get away from the city for us. Would stay again. Thank you for sharing your home with us. 😊

Perfect location for a guys (3 of us) ski trip - right across from lift. Ash forewarned us about the steps / no elevator so not an issue. Nothing within walking distance other than Stagecoach Lodge but 10 minutes from South Lake Tahoe. Would recommend to anyone focused on access to slopes and fit for climb.

Extremely clean and cared for and had all the amenities that we needed and lots more. Perfect location in South Lake Tahoe and just a quick walk to the private beach with lounge chairs but we brought our own beach chairs so we didn't have to worry. We also brought our own paddle board and the beach was a perfect place to launch from. Our room supplied us with beach towels which was a nice perk and we had plenty of other linens for us to use in the room. it's always a toss up if the pictures are accurate for the place and I'm letting you know that this place was better than the pics. Definitely look forward to staying again.

Enjoyed our stay at the Treehouse. Great spot and the host provides thoughtful amenities to make you feel welcome. Short walk to Stagecoach lift with skis/boots.

I had stayed for a week since April 27, 2025 to May 4th. It was an amazing experience, everything was clean and perfect. The location is just minutes away from so many restaurants and activities. I would definitely plan on staying there again and Chris and Eileen were very respectful and attentive to us. They had a variety of great recommendations on restaurants, activities, beaches, hiking and much more!!! My wife loved the place as well and was very happy with the place. Thank you.

Tracy was a great host. She was very helpful in our check-in & check-out process. Her place is clean, easy to find, and very quiet! We enjoyed our time. It’s a short drive up a hill from Stateline which made it very convenient to get around the Lake Tahoe area!

The place is clean, well appointed, and a great location close to resort. Hosts go out of their way to make a first class experience with several nice amenities including stocked coffee bar, well equipped kitchen, and a nice welcome package sitting in each bedroom. The place is awesome for the price.

Fantastic location. Short walk to the lake. We would walk out to the lake and then walk out on the dock to watch the boats and lake activity. The home itself was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. BBQ was really clean and looked like it was newer. Short walk to coffee and restaurants.

I would highly recommend this serene condo in the woods! Can’t beat the location, and the amenities are exactly what you need! Jared was very helpful when we had any questions about our stay.

We loved this place. A very cool vibe and it was right next to Lift #1. The little restaurant/bar downstairs was a great place to eat and hang out too. It served us perfectly.

Kate is a fabulous host who is available to answer all of our questions and provided excellent instructions in terms of check-in and any questions that we had. It is a walk to the ski hill and we were so fortunate that NorthStar remained open for Easter weekend. We had a wonderful Easter holiday at her luxury condo that is equipped with everything that you could possibly need. We enjoyed the restaurants at the Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe along with sitting outside by the fire pits. We also enjoyed an afternoon at the spa which was absolutely amazing !! I would recommend staying at this beautiful condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun family vacation !! Thank you Kate we hope to come back soon !!!

We had an amazing stay at this cozy condo in Truckee! The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were super comfy, and the fireplace made it extra cozy after a day in the snow.

Corrina and Chris were the best hosts. They were super responsive in answering questions, and provided detailed insider tips in navigating Northstar's terrain. Their chalet is beautifully appointed, and it's clear they care about their place and the guest experience. While I don't think any sofa bed can match a good regular bed, theirs was the most comfortable sofa bed I've ever used. The couch is a newer nicer one than shown in the photos, and the bed springs were supportive. I had no trouble sleeping on the memory foam mattress, even on my side. The location is a short ski or walk to to trails and lifts. We had a great time building memories!

Great stay! Great host! I would go back!

I loved Cindy’s place. It’s is a short drive to town, has great amenities and beautiful views. The layout was perfect for my family of four. We had a wonderful stay and we plan on coming back soon. She communicated with me very quickly when I had questions and was pleasant and friendly. Thank you again!

Easy access to downtown and even walkable. Lots to do in the area.

This is our second stay at Robert’s place. He greeted us personally even when we arrived late in the evening and helped us check in. We stayed in the smaller room of the two room villa which was very comfortable and felt like a luxurious hotel room. The room had a queen bed and a sofa bed which was OK to sleep in. The Marriott staff was super responsive and replenished room supplies with in 30 minutes upon request. The room also has a very nice bathroom with a bathtub, a small kitchenette with a microwave and a small fridge. There is also a coffee maker in the room which we used everyday (bring your own ground coffee since the provided ones aren’t that great) . The room overlooks the pool and the three big and small hot tubs. In the morning they have aerobics sessions in the pool so you might want to keep your windows closed if you are not participating. We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tubs which are open until 10pm. Parking can be a challenge if you decide not to pay for the $32 valet fee. We ended up parking behind the hotel and used the Flowbird app to keep adding time which ended up being cheaper then the valet. We were out most of the day anyway. Overall, I highly recommend Robert’s place.

My Mother and I just stayed here over Memorial Day. It was absolutely perfect for the two of us. Tahoe Vista is a gorgeous area and the condo was close to everything we wanted to do. Richard gave us great recommendations for restaurants and was very quick to respond to my questions. We wished we would’ve stayed longer. Thank you Richard!

Steve’s place was the perfect size for our family of 5. It was so nice having a full kitchen to cook all our meals and avoid going out. The sofa and murphy bed were better than expected. Typically they aren’t comfortable but these were! We look forward to staying here again and would recommend this place to friends and family!

I had a fantastic stay at Brian’s place! The home was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and located in a very convenient area. Lake Tahoe was just a quick 10-minute drive away, which made exploring the area super easy. Everything about the stay exceeded my expectations—Brian was a great host, and nothing fell short.
