House holiday rentals in Roundhay

This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

Cath and Phil really couldn't be more amazing hosts! Thankyou so so much for letting us use your amazing home for my mums hen party!! The house was immaculate, super spacious, set up for a full party and was just honestly incredible. More than I ever imagined!! We made great use of the huge kitchen, dining room, pool room, garden area, living room and much more. I couldn't recommend this house enough for a hen do! Anything you need cath and Phil will be there to help you. Absolutely perfect. Thankyou again cath and Phil, the memories we will cherish forever xxxxx

Had a long weekend here for my partners birthday. The home was amazing and Angela and the team put lovely finishing touches to the house for us and such a short walk into the middle of Holmfirth, we definitely plan on coming back again and would definitely recommend there is so much to do within such a short radius Thank you again

The property and the location was absolutely amazing , me and my friends have made some amazing memories there. The property felt luxurious and there were soo many personalised gifts for us upon arrival which were much appreciated. the host was very responsive whenever we had any questions I would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a country escape and I know I want to go back in the future.

Lovely stay, the farm was beautiful and the animal feeding was the highlight of our childrens’ stay. Pool was great, super clean everywhere, and they provided maps of local walks which we utilised too. Couldn’t have asked for much more.

Just like the pictures suggest, a modern well appointed house with great facilities. Comfortable bed (#1 priority) warm welcome and a brew on arrival - very welcome! Phil and Cath are very nice and very chatty and told me all about the Vicarage. After a good nights sleep, I slipped away early and didn't see them to say Thank You. Definite recommendation from me

Lovely hosts, felt very welcomed with a welcome note and cookies! Bed very comfy and lovely kitchen and living area. Clean Bathroom. Full of amenities! A lovely stay! Only think is that its very hot and there is no extractor fan, so when cooking it does heat up. The oven shelf tips out very easily, so be careful opening it otherwize your food will go on the floor

Rahul's place was extremely clean and very comfortable. Rahul was very responsive and extremely helpful! Just bear in mind that although the house sleeps 12 there is only eating capacity around the table for 6

Katrina was the perfect host from start to finish. Great communication and super responsive! We felt so well looked after and Katrina went the extra mile providing toys for our little one, a high chair and sending us lots of recommendations in the village. The property itself was so homely and cosy, with everything we needed. Lots of lovely little touches in the property with the Fox theme. Lovely views and outside space was also great to spend time in. We would definitely stay again!

Have just had a lovely peaceful few days at Jake’s house with my daughter. Everything was as expected, descriptions were very accurate. I can highly recommend for anyone to stay, it was very comfortable and clean and Jake was so easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely return if in the area as I cannot fault a thing. Thank you Jake, it was perfect for our needs.

the whole experience was great, Ed provided us with information of the local area, and everything was where Ed said it would be. the house was spotless and clean, with good wife signal. The sitting area was excellent and there was more than enough room for all to comfortable

Very good stay, even when something was needed it was sorted quickly. Good location for pub and easy to get into town or other local areas.

Heather cottage is a gorgeous little place, exceeds expectations from the pictures! We had a 5 night stay for our 4th wedding anniversary. Amanda had left us a lovely welcome gift which was really sweet. The cottage is nicely decorated with nods to the Brontes' and the log burning fire was stacked ready to light, which we did on night 2! Many places to eat and drink within a 5 minute walk including artisan/gift shops to indulge yourself, which we did! At the the weekend there was the Haworth Haddock steam train event, with fish&chips served on board, a drinks carriage and live music at Keighley Station which we enjoyed! Theres plenty to see or do in the surrounding area of Bronte villiage. We'll definitely be going back to Heather Cottage! Thanks again Amanda.

Only issue was there was only one roll of toilet paper , and the wifi didn’t seem to work but apart from that it was perfect

Beautiful homely little cottage with gorgeous garden

My friends and I (6 of us in total) stayed here for a gig at Temple Newsam Park. Dani was really easy to communicate with about various things ahead of time and got in touch to enquire how many cars we were bringing in case we needed a parking permit (we didn’t). Really easy to find, really clean and lots of space. Highly recommend!

Gemma was very helpful, great communication and lovely place. The neighbourhood isn’t exactly upper class but the actual property itself is outstanding. Lots of big rooms etc and for the price it was amazing. Would definitely recommend

Perfect spot to relax and unwind. The Spinney is beautifully furnished and plenty of room for 4. Rosie and her family are lovely.
