Take a boat, or walk to Torno to find a bar, cafe, shop, and restaurants. Como is a short drive, and public transport is close by. It can be reached by public transport: buses C30 C31 C32 departing approximately every hour from the Como San Giovanni railway station, Como Lago Ferrovie Nord or from Piazza Matteotti towards Como-Bellagio, take about 8 minutes to reach the Blevio stop - Decorations Savio, about 100 m away from the house. A pleasant alternative to traditional public transport may be the use of Lake Como navigation boats, departing from Piazza Cavour in the direction of Torno, from where walking for about 15 minutes you will reach the destination. I ALLOW ME TO STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE SMALLEST AND CHEAPEST CAR, TO MOVE INDEPENDENTLY, AS IN OUR AREA PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND TAXIS ARE NOT COFORTABLE Villa Pasta The villa was built in the early XIX cen- tury and was bought in 1830 by the famous opera singer Giuditta Pasta hosting space for its several guests. In the park the fol lowing built: the studio painting of Clelia, Giuditta's daughter, who attended the Brera Academy in Milan; the cafe-house, a small cave to cool in the summer; the wooden theater where Giuditta practised singing. Captain Wilhelm Locke, grandson of the famous philosopher, drowned in front of his wife and other guests in the lake area in front of the villa. Later his daughter erected a gravestone in his memory. In the small ceme- tery of Blevio it is possible to visit the grave of Giuditta Pasta who died in 1865.

House is as, if not more, beautiful than the photos portray. It’s fantastically spacious and has all the amenities you could need for a few days or a few weeks. What made this place particularly special was how great the “Rent All Como” team was. They met us and helped with bags on arrival and met us to say good bye. One of the things I tend to miss with Airbnb vs a hotel is the concierge’s assistance with transport and restaurant bookings. The Rent All Como team however is as good or better than most 5* hotel concierge teams. Nothing is too much trouble and they are super responsive.

Nicholas and his wife were lovely hosts. He was very communicative before our arrival, which was helpful because the parking was a little tricky. He met us and helped carry our luggage up to the apartment. The view from the apartment is spectacular. It is very clean and simple yet lovely and comfortable. There were outside spaces to congregate on either side of the apartment. The location was convenient. He was very helpful with suggestions on where to eat, buy groceries, and when to arrive places to miss crowds. We wished we were staying longer. I highly recommend.

Apartment in Nesso has amazing views! It’s the main reason why we chose this place and we were not disappointed. Its astonishing! It’s also within a walking distance to Nesso fall. Restaurants and cafes are nearby. The pool was well maintained and comfortable. Kitchen was relatively well stocked, enough appliances to cook your own meals. We discovered some minor issues in the bathroom, but because there were two, we easily adjusted. Elevator had some issues, but got fixed. Just keep in mind that these kind of places are not newly built, so they do have some hiccups. All in all I give it a five ⭐️ and would come back again.

"La Casa sul molo" with buoy

Thank you Nicoletta for our stay in this beautiful, peaceful and totally relaxing apartment. Sitting on the terrace at all times of the day and night with just the sounds of the waves, church bells and occasional boats was unbelievably relaxing. The immediate locality was so friendly - we loved the cafe aurora which had the warmest welcome and lovely home cooked food - also the Giardano a Lago was a lovely place to enjoy a drink with generous portions of food right by the lake- but it was also magical to eat in the apartment sitting on the terrace as the sun went down and the lights across the lake started to twinkle. The C25 bus, which was mostly reliable. made heading along the coast to Como or Agregno (where we had the most fabulous 2 hours on the lake after renting a boat from the company you suggested) so very easy and we were very glad not to have a car. Thank you again for all your suggestions and help and we hope to return before too long - a perfect holday destination.

This was by far the best airbnb/ hotel I have stayed in. Spacious, well appointed and luxurious amenities. It has a great view of the duomo and the streets below, close to everything you might need. They left a gift for my girlfriend’s birthday which was really nice Will absolutely stay here again and can’t wait!

Luca responded super quickly and was very friendly - the view from the 11th floor is really fantastic in the evening - the location was also very good - we even found a place in front of the house for our camper (Ducato). My friend and I came to Italy for a business trip ,and we were so lucky to stay at Angela’s house.Angela is an incredibly warm and welcoming host — she responds quickly, is always helpful, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. People often say that the impression you have of a place is shaped by its people, and we couldn’t agree more. Italy is stunning, with rich culture and beautiful scenery, but what we’ll miss the most is Angela’s lovely home, her kindness, her family, and even her friendly neighbors. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’re sad to leave and would absolutely recommend her place to anyone visiting. You won’t regret it!
