Approximately 200-year-old farmhouse (Limonaia) with pool with 135 m² of living space in 4,000 m² olive grove with lemon trees and much more. About 90 meters above Lake Garda, this is approx. 450 meters away as the crow flies. The center of Gargnano can be reached via a 300-year-old, beautiful hiking trail (about 1.4 km), or in 8 minutes by car. The house has been lovingly restored. The garden is secluded, is available for exclusive use and invites you to linger in many places.

La tassa di soggiorno è da pagarsi in loco ed è un costo extra di E. 2,80 al giorno sia per adulto che bimbo oltre i 14 anni (oltre il settimo giorno gratuita).

The penthouse villa with 5 rooms (150 m²), private garden and private pool was recently renovated and furnished by an italian interior designer. The property is located on the hillside in the exclusive neighborhood "Localitá Piazze". The villa is idyllically and quietly situated in scenic setting and comes with a completely private garden and pool with breathtaking view over Lake Garda. Two private parking spaces are available in front of the house.
