UPDATE: The historic fireplace is now operational!! Just steps away from the water, the St. Clair Cottage provides beautiful views of Lake St. Clair. You will the love seclusion of nearly two acres of property surrounding the cottage. The perfect place to enjoy a sunny day on the lake or a cup of tea on a rainy day. With adult and kids kayaks, a rowboat, paddleboat, and canoe we have lots of options to get out and explore the lake. Or take a dip off the private dock when the weather is warm.

Nestled in a towering grove of 100-year-old Douglas fir’s, this custom designed treehouse provides all the amenities you would expect in a luxury Mount Rainier getaway while immersing you in the relaxing beauty of the forest from above. Read a book in the suspended net loft upstairs, cozy up in front of the fireplace to watch your favorite movie, or find inspiration at the writing desk. Located on its own half-acre private forest- the treehouse is walking distance to local businesses.

Waterfront Cabin on the Sound

Looking for a quiet place to get away “glamp” - our special cabin is the place for you. The cabin is SMALL and cozy. Right on the water with use of kayaks, paddle boards, & canoe. It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs - $50 each.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space where you can look out at horses, goats, cow, and even a buffalo. Located between Yelm and Roy perfect place for military families to stay while visiting. Close to equestrian arenas and room to park a horse trailer. Sit outside on the front or back deck and enjoy the day or evening views. Close to Joint Base Lewis McCord (JBLM) where there is the occasional military noises. The back yard is fully fenced for dogs.
