In the main room there is a double bed, a fully equipped new kitchenette (stove, kettle, sink with hot water, fridge) and a dining table. The newly built bathroom has a sink, a flushing toilet and a shower. In front of the cottage there is a terrace with seating and a garden fireplace.

The cottage is equipped with electricity, drinking water, internet and wall-mounted air conditioning, which is also used for heating. A kitchen and dining area and a garden covered seating area are part of the cottage.
