It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to the size of a VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn runs not far from the apartment to the island of Usedom, as well as bus connections.

In Kröslin, the boat 4 Sterne Dtv Floating House offers an excellent view of the lake. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. A baby cot is also available. This boat features private terraces (open and covered) for evening relaxation. The property is located close to the beach and public transport links are within walking distance.

Waldvilla: Vacation home on the Baltic Sea for 9 people

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest, only 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two combinable units. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

The apartments at the Marina in Kröslin are located on a fenced property in the landlord's neighboring house. On 60 m² of living space each, the apartments offer sufficient space for 2 to 3 people and are functionally equipped. FeWo Ostseeglück in Karlshagen, Usedom Island

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

Renovated, historic fisherman's house in Freest, 5 minutes to the beach The former fisherman's house is located right by the marina of Freest. It has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is very lovingly and tastefully, nostalgically renovated and individually furnished. We rent 2 adjacent fishing houses (see 2 listings). You use a common courtyard and garden on a fenced area of about 2000 m².
