We had a great 3 days. Excellent communication, wonderful view, and the house is very tastefully arranged. And about the fireplace, I'm not saying anything else. I would have stayed to watch the fire burn, continuously! We're definitely coming back!❤️

we were a party of 15 and had an exeptional time (could easily have hosted 6-8 more) . the villa is well situated and not far from all the local attractions. very quiet and peacfull surroundings. huge house, very very spacious. well equipped kitchen. plenty of fire-wood for working the fire pit. waching machine and plenty of room to host a large group. marvelous back yard, plenty of room for the kids to play, Marius the landlord is extremely friendly and very helpful. he went out of his way to help us with extra things we needed. he is also very knowledgeable with the local attractions and has great recommendations. we greatly recommend and would love to come again.

We spent a few wonderful days in Predelut. The accommodation is great for large groups and offers the perfect starting point to explore the area. We are very satisfied and will highly recommend the accommodation. The hosts are also very friendly.

Every was as per description/ pictures. Nice location, even if a car is mandatory in order to get there. Beautifully furnished and with all the amenities needed for our stay. We had a very nice stay and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Șimon, Romania! The location is absolutely breathtaking, nestled right on the mountainside with incredible views all around. The villa itself is beautiful, clean, and very well-equipped — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. Everything was just right for a memorable vacation. Just a small note: since the villa is located on a hill, there are quite a few stairs, which might be a bit challenging for elderly guests. But aside from that, everything was truly excellent!

Beautiful cabin and breathtaking surroundings. The rooms are spacious, and the morning views are just gorgeous. The terrace is roomy, and the barbecue area is well-organized and nicely maintained. It's conveniently close to restaurants and, of course, the famous Bran Castle. The host was friendly, responsive, and genuinely tried to make sure we had everything we needed. For us, it truly felt like the perfect place for a special occasion.

A very nice, modern and bright cottage, with a huge yard that we enjoyed with our puppies. The hosts answered any question/ request promptly.

We stayed for 3 nights (7 persons). The place was clean, cozy, and spacious, with a superb view. We had everything we needed. The city is 15-20 minutes away on foot, and 5-10 minutes by car. A bit of walking uphill is required when returning on foot from the city. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay and we would be happy to return.

We had a wonderful stay at this location, perfect for a family holiday. The accommodation offers everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, including spices and utensils, a generous space for barbecue, tub and sauna – all included in the price, at no extra cost. The view is absolutely gorgeous – I can hardly find words to describe it. The only less pleasant aspect was the fact that there was still work on the main road and some noise could be heard in the morning. It wasn't a real impediment to relaxing though. The hosts were extremely accommodating, kind and available for any question or need we had. I highly recommend this accommodation and we will definitely come back with great love!

A beautiful retreat home on the lake. The place is fantastic and lends itself very well to disconnecting from the bustle of the city. The host offers a lot of amenities that make this place cozy and livable with a small group (grill outside, fireplace, large living area, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of outdoor seating). We were able to even have yoga workouts on the deck in the morning, facing the lake in the morning sun. The host was very responsive to messages and we were able to fully enjoy our stay!
