Discover the old house in the woods just north of Dyrehaven, where nothing is fussy, but where you can relax in a cottage-like environment and where you are surrounded by nature and tranquility. There is a large trampoline in the garden and a wood-burning stove in the living room for the cold days. Here you live within walking distance to the beach (1.5 km) and train to both Copenhagen and Helsingør (1.5 km). On the property, there are horses, chickens and cats that like to be petted, but some people come and feed them.

The wooden villa was built in 2001 and designed by the Danish architect Peter Hammer. It is built on one level with direct access to a large terrace located down to a private lake. The villa is built in sustainable materials, including untreated cedar wood. A few minutes to the forest, lake and shopping as well as trains and buses to Copenhagen and North Zealand.

The house has a large living room with a gas fireplace, an office and heated floors. The bedroom upstairs are with a king size bed, close to the bathroom. Downstairs are one double bed in the corner in a bright room, with a toilet nearby . The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a fantastic view and 2 terrasses and a big garden. Only 9oo m from public transportations, supermarket, bakery and fast food. 30 min. from downtown Cph, by car and max 1/2 hour by train from Holte station.

There is plenty of space here with a large living room and dining room with access to a delicious huge wooden terrace environment (facing due south) with lots of garden furniture for both dining and relaxing. Lovely view beyond Trørød and all the way towards Høje Sandbjerg 5-6 kilometers away. A wonderful place for an extended weekend pampering or a slightly longer holiday close to Copenhagen.
