There is also a cozy double bedroom and a beautiful terrace with a beach chair for romantic hours right on the water. There are sunbeds, barbecue and rowing boat upon request. The bathroom and shower are located outside the bungalow and are shared with other guests of the marina.

This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 2 min walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and 5 min walk to the Rummelsburger Bucht on the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

There is also a shower room.
