Locale ristrutturato di recente, situato a soli 900 m dagli impianti di risalita di Dieni, percorribili in 10 min a piedi. Al piano terra e con ingresso indipendente, con spazio per riporre sci e scarponi. La camera ed il bagno sono riservati solo agli ospiti. L'ingresso é condiviso con un altro appartamento. NB: NON é a disposizione una cucina in condivisione con altri (solo macchina caffé e bollitore per la colazione, all'interno della camera).

Spend relaxing days in the "Cortinella - Alpine Hideaway", a simply furnished chalet up to 6 people, which nevertheless offers you all the comforts you expect from a home in the mountains. The property is located in the agricultural zone away from any civilisation. The car park is about a 20-minute walk from the house. A driving licence to the property can be purchased. In snowy conditions, access is only possible on foot (with snowshoes).

We rent a cozy and comfortable apartment in the Grisons mountains with beautiful views. The apartment is well equipped and in a quiet location just minutes from the ski slope. There is room for five people. The apartment has three bedrooms, a living room, a small bathroom and a small kitchen. A washing machine and dryer are available to you. In the vicinity are two restaurants and the train station is about 600 meters from the property.

The house was newly built. The apartment is furnished in Alpine style. Various details are made with old wood, which makes the apartment unique and homely. The apartment has a very spacious entrance area, where electric grill and deck chairs are available for a cozy stay. The bedroom has a box-spring bed and wardrobe. The bathroom/toilet has a shower and sink with generous storage space. The washing machine can be used free of charge.

Willkommen in deiner Auszeit auf 1595 m ü. M.! Diese rustikale Maiensässhütte liegt im malerischen Weiler Malamusa, oberhalb des Dorfes Rueras (Gemeinde Tujetsch/Sedrun). Hier genießt du einen spektakulären, unverbaubaren Blick auf die Bündner Bergwelt. Perfekt für Outdoor-Fans: Der bekannte Wanderweg „Senda Sursilvana“ führt direkt an deiner Haustür vorbei.

Large 2.5 room apartment right on the lake

The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.

Mountain Chalet

Toll gelegene Wohnung nähe Kinderskigebiet im Dorf und auch derTalstation Dieni. In unmittelbarer Nähe hat es tolle Restaurants. Hinzu kommt der 300m2 grosse Garten der zum Verweilen einlädt. Es hat zwei Schlafzimmer und eine grosse Schlafcouch. Es hat alles was man braucht, von Duschtücher bis zum Raclette-set ;).
